★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência ruim, pois quando cheguei para a consulta que marquei por telefone fui questionado seu eu tinha recebido algum contato de confirmação da consulta pq não constava meu nome na agenda do dia, só que não entram em contato comigo para confirmar, e por isso fiquei sem consultar e perdi meu dia por desorganização do consultório e curioso que o paciente que estava aguardando o atendimento argumentou a mesma situação com a recepcionista pq se ele mesmo não tivesse entrado em contato não conseguiria confirmar a consulta, eu nunca mais volto nesse lugar.
Bad experience, because when I arrived for the appointment that I booked by phone, I was asked if I had received any contact confirming the appointment because my name was not on the agenda for the day, but they didn't contact me to confirm, and that's why I didn't consult and I lost my day due to disorganization of the office and curious that the patient who was waiting for the service argued the same situation with the receptionist because if he had not contacted himself he would not have been able to confirm the appointment, I will never come back to this place.
