★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A médica mais desatenta e desleixada que já fui. Foi 1hora de consulta, achei que isso era um sinal de ela era atenciosa, preenchi um questionário imenso e contei toda minha história relacionada à queixa principal na consulta. Quando os exames ficaram prontos (a propósito mais de 120 exames de sangue e 4 de imagens) enviei e mais de duas semanas depois nenhuma resposta. Entrei em contato com a secretária, que deve ter cobrado a médica e então recebi da médica um áudio de 6 minutos no whatsapp. Daí comecei a perceber o quanto ela era descuidada. Ela confundiu exame, falou coisas completamente opostas ao que informei na consulta. Parecia não lembrar nada sobre a consulta e nem estar consultando meu histórico ou questionário enorme que preenchi; e dos exames todos, ou ela nem sabia ver o resultado ou olhou errado. Sobre os exames de imagem, ela nem rolou a página para ver todos os exames. Sei disso porque havia 3 exames em um mesmo arquivo e ela só falou do primeiro. Quando perguntei dos outros ela falou que não enviei. Precisei responder: role a página para baixo. Um exame meu que ela avaliou como péssimo, minha sorte é que não sou leiga e sabia que aquele exame estava com resultado excelente. Retruquei e ela respondeu: me confundi. Claro, não presta atenção em nada (nem na queixa principal) e olha tudo com pressa.

He didn't seem to remember anything about the appointment, nor was he looking at my history or huge questionnaire I filled out; and from all the exams, either she didn't even know how to see the result or she looked wrong. About the imaging exams, she didn't even scroll down to see all the exams. I know this because there were 3 exams in the same file and she only mentioned the first one. When I asked about the others, she said I didn't. I had to answer: scroll down the page. An exam of mine that she evaluated as terrible, my luck is that I'm not a layperson and I knew that exam had an excellent result. I replied and she replied: I was confused. Of course, he pays no attention to anything (not even the main complaint) and looks at everything in a hurry.
