â â â â â Faço tratamento com a Dra Maria de Lourdes a anos e sempre fui muito bem cuidada e tratada pela prĂłpria mĂ©dica e a equipe de recepção.
Concordo que as vezes as consultas demoram, porĂ©m temos que entender que se trata de uma clĂnica de neurologia e psiquiatria, os casos em sua maioria sĂŁo delicados. Tenhamos mais empatia.
Sempre olhar a si mesmo antes de julgar o prĂłximo.
 I have been treating Dr. Maria de Lourdes for years and I have always been very well taken care of and treated by the doctor and the reception staff.
I agree that sometimes consultations take time, but we have to understand that it is a neurology and psychiatry clinic, the cases in most cases are delicate. Let us have more empathy.
Always look at yourself before judging others.

â â â â â Levei minha irmĂŁ que tem um histĂłrico de problemas pisciquicos e que se agravaram grandemente com o falecimento do filho dela de 5 anos a poucos meses. Na primeira consulta a mĂ©dica fez um atendimento razoĂĄvel e nesse atendimento prescreveu alguns remĂ©dios. ApĂłs alguns dias retornamos a consulta de retorno e fomos surpreendidas com o pĂ©ssimo atendimento da mĂ©dica que em plena consulta estava extremamente grossa, agindo com tons de deboches e atĂ© desacreditando dos relatos e queixas da minha irmĂŁ que atĂ© passou mal com os remĂ©dios prescritos ( sabemos que isso Ă© comum se tratando de remedios). O mais surpreendente Ă© a mĂ©dica dizer em tĂŽ irĂŽnico que minha irmĂŁ precisa se controlar, se fosse tĂŁo simples nĂŁo terĂamos desembolsado R$ 400,00 para deixar o estado clinico pior da minha irmĂŁ. Fomos atrĂĄs de uma ajuda profissional e nĂŁo conselhos de roda de amigos. Minha irmĂŁ estĂĄ doente e nĂŁo com frescura.
I took my sister who has a history of psychiatric problems and which got worse with the death of her 5-year-old son a few months ago. In the first consultation the doctor did a reasonable service and prescribed some medicines in this service. After a few days we returned to the return visit and we were surprised by the terrible service of the doctor who was in full consultation extremely thick, acting with tones of debauchery and even discrediting the reports and complaints of my sister who even got sick with the prescription drugs (we know that this is common when it comes to medicines). The most surprising thing is that the doctor says in ironic tones that my sister needs to control herself, if it had been so simple, we would not have disbursed R $ 400.00 to leave my sister's condition worse. We went for professional help and not advice from friends. My sister is sick and not fresh.

â â â â â A pior medica que jĂĄ passamos minha filha, fez pouco caso do problema da minha filha, (convulsĂŁo) sempre alegando que era coisa pequena em vista dos outros pacientes que a mesma atendia.
Ao continuar as crises fui em busca de uma nova profissional e com exames de sangue foi diagnosticado que minha filha foi medicada com dose abaixo do que deveria.
NĂŁo recomendo essa profissional. Falta empatia e cuidado nos atendimentos, total descaso.
Péssimo atendimento na recepção, funcionårias desanimadas, sem boa vontade de atendimento.
The worst doctor that we have ever had, my daughter, ignored my daughter's problem, (seizure), always claiming that it was a small thing in view of the other patients she attended.
As the crises continued, I went in search of a new professional and with blood tests it was diagnosed that my daughter was medicated with a dose lower than she should have.
I do not recommend this professional. Empathy and care are lacking in care, total neglect.
Poor service at the reception, discouraged employees, not willing to attend.

â â â â â O atendimento prestado ao meu esposo foi profissional! Nada tenho a reclamar. Os medicamentos prescritos estĂŁo melhorando muito o quadro de saĂșde. As terapias coadjuvantes foram recomendadas para melhora integral da saĂșde. Pessoalmente, a doutora atende com serenidade, transmitindo confiança. No que tange Ă pontualidade, por ser a consulta bem esclarecedora e, ainda, que cada paciente apresenta demanda diversificada, justifica o atraso. A recepção sempre atende com presteza, tendo em vista que pedidos de remanejamento de consulta sempre foram atendidas ao nosso caso. ParabĂ©ns! Boas festas!
The service provided to my husband was professional! I have nothing to complain about. Prescription drugs are greatly improving the health situation. Adjuvant therapies have been recommended for overall health improvement. Personally, the doctor assists with serenity, conveying confidence. With regard to punctuality, as the consultation is very enlightening and, also, that each patient has a diversified demand, it justifies the delay. The reception always responds promptly, considering that requests for consultation relocation have always been answered in our case. Congratulations! Happy Holidays!

â â â â â Estou dando 2 estrelas apenas pelo atendimento telefĂŽnico , que de cara jĂĄ nĂŁo gostei, e nĂŁo pelo atendimento mĂ©dico. Atendente parece que tĂĄ desinteressada. Se eu perguntar ela responde se eu nĂŁo perguntar ficam os 2 mudos. Acho que tudo começa pelo bom atendimento.
I'm giving 2 stars only for the phone service, which I didn't like, and not for the medical service. The attendant seems to be uninterested. If I ask, she answers if I don't ask, the 2 remain mute. I think it all starts with good service.
