Sinceramente eu acho que deveria trocar as atendentes, pois tem muita gente precisando trabalhar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na clinica, como acompanhante, entendo que o meu marido foi bem atendido e elogiou o medico que realiza os exames, no entanto acho que a recepcionista parece uma maquina, sem sentimentos, não se importa com as pessoas, fui convidada a não ficar sentada na recepção para não ser vista pela câmera, pois a recepcionista não queria que eu permanecesse dentro da clinica para esperar o retorno do meu marido, que estava em atendimento, achei uma grosseria. Meu marido precisa de acompanhante o exame durou cerca de 5 hs e pude perceber que não tem comparação o tratamento dos profissionais de saúde com o atendimento da recepção, fiquei constrangida com o modo que fui tratada, não é possível uma clinica não ter uma sala de espera para acompanhante, decepcionante. Deixando claro que o medico que realiza os exames bem como as profissionais de enfermagem estão de parabéns, no entanto vi pacientes com necessidades especiais que não receberam atendimento adequado na recepção. Sugiro um pouco de atenção aos acompanhantes. O paciente foi muito bem atendido.
I was at the clinic, as a companion, I understand that my husband was well attended and praised the doctor who performs the exams, however I think the receptionist looks like a machine, without feelings, does not care about people, I was invited not to sit at the reception so as not to be seen by the camera, as the receptionist did not want me to remain inside the clinic to wait for the return of my husband, who was in attendance, I found it rude. My husband needs a companion, the exam took about 5 hours and I could see that there is no comparison between the treatment of health professionals and the reception service, I was embarrassed by the way I was treated, it is not possible for a clinic not to have a treatment room. waiting for companion, disappointing. Making it clear that the doctor who performs the exams as well as the nursing professionals are to be congratulated, however I saw patients with special needs who did not receive adequate care at the reception. I suggest a little attention to the companions. The patient was very well attended.
