Minha Consulta deve ter durado no mínimo 1 hora e meia, atendimento sem pressa, sem ficar olhando no relógio, com total interesse, e por último, a Dra fala com tanto carinho na comida, em como se alimentar, que saímos de lá realmente com outra visão sobre como se alimentar.
Conhecer o trabalho da Milena, está mudando a minha vida e meu relacionamento hiper conturbado com comida, ainda estou no processo, mas com todas as dicas e acompanhamento dela, vou chegar lá ❤
