A clĂnica cancelou uma consulta marcado hĂĄ quase 2 meses anteriormente, alegando que eu nĂŁo tinha respondido uma mensagem do whatsapp pedindo para confirmar, que enviaram alguns dias antes da consulta. Eu nĂŁo tinha visto a mensagem e nĂŁo tentaram me ligar. NĂŁo me ofereceram NEMHUMA SOLUĂĂO razoĂĄvel, apenas a opção de remarcar para quase 2 meses na frente. Passei a falar com a Dra. Natalia, que disse que iria verificar para me ajudar a manter a consulta marcado, mas ela simplesmente NUNCA me retornou e passou a ignorar todas as minhas mensagens subsequentes. A clĂnica tambĂ©m passou a me ignorar. Detalhe, na minha Ășltima consulta com a Dra. Natalia, tinha acabado de perder minha mĂŁe repentinamente. Somente apĂłs que meu esposo entrou em contato por outro nĂșmero, que a Dra. Natalia Alves me enviou um laudo para que eu pudesse procurar outro mĂ©dico. UMA MĂDICA QUE NĂO ESTĂ NEM AĂ pelos pacientes! Isso ficou evidente. Ainda avisei que ia ter que ficar um tempo sem remĂ©dios, o que ela mesma aconselha contra. Mas nem isso ela me respondeu ou me mandou nova receita. Nunca fui tĂŁo mal tratado, e detalhe... POR UMA PSICHIATRA!
After almost 1 year of treatment, Dr. Natalia Alves simply let me down. The clinic canceled an appointment scheduled almost 2 months ago, claiming that I had not responded to a whatsapp message asking to confirm, which they sent a few days before the appointment. I hadn't seen the message and they didn't try to call me. I was not offered ANY reasonable SOLUTION, just the option to reschedule to almost 2 months ahead. I went on to speak with Dr. Natalia who said she would check in to help me keep the appointment booked but she just NEVER got back to me and went on to ignore all of my subsequent messages. The clinic also started to ignore me. Detail, in my last appointment with Dr. Natalia, I had just lost my mother suddenly. It was only after my husband got in touch with another number that Dr. Natalia Alves sent me a report so that I could look for another doctor. A DOCTOR WHO DOESN'T CARE FOR THE PATIENTS! This became evident. I even warned that I would have to go without medication for a while, which she herself advises against. But even that she didn't answer me or send me a new recipe. I've never been treated so badly, and detail... BY A PSYCHIATRA!
