★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! É absurdo como as atendentes e medica ignoram você! Desmarcam a consulta sem você saber...depois de um tempão de espera. Não indico a clínica para ninguém que queira melhorar da saúde mental...porque você fica é pior.
 Terrible attendance! It's absurd how the attendants and doctors ignore you! They cancel the appointment without you knowing... after a long wait. I don't recommend the clinic to anyone who wants to improve their mental health...because you stay worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente minha nota baixa se deve à total falta de respeito da clínica que simplesmente cancelou minha consulta que estava marcado há quase 2 meses, alegando que eu não tinha pedido para manter! Oi? Se está marcada está marcada. Mandaram um whatsapp alguns dias antes reforçando a consulta, que eu acabei não vendo, então não respondi, então simplesmente cancelaram a consulta! Sem nem tentar me ligar como TODAS AS OUTRAS clínicas fazem para confirmar. A solução que ela ofereceu? Remarcar para daqui há quase 2 meses! Ou seja, solução nenhuma. Simpatia nenhuma! UMA FALTA DE RESPEITO ENORME com o paciente!!! Sem o mínimo de consideração pelo tempo dos outros! Tentei contato diretamente com a Dra. Natália Alves e ela me disse que ia verificar. Mas nunca me retornou. Passei várias mensagens tanto para a secretaria, quanto para a Dra. Natalia Alves. Todas as mensagens foram ignoradas. Me trataram como nem um lixo! Como se fosse uma pessoa ruim por cobrar uma consulta marcada com quase 2 meses de antecedência, ou pelo menos cobrar uma remarcação dentro de um prazo razoável (menos de 2 meses na frente). A grande ironia é que cancelaram minha consulta alegando que não havia confirmado por whatsapp, mas depois passaram semanas sem responder minha mensagens no whatsapp (também tentei ligar várias vezes por telefone, sem resposta). Somente após que meu esposo entrou em contato pelo telefone dele que me retornaram e a Dra. Natalia Alves me mandou um laudo do atendimento para que eu pudesse marcar com outro. Só que ela não me mandou receita, então estou tendo que ficar sem remédios para ansiedade, o que ELA MESMO aconselha contra (terminar repentinamente o tratamento). Detalhe, isso tudo depois de eu perder minha mãe inesperadamente. Sinceramente, ainda estou em choque com a total falta de respeito demostrada pela clínica, mas principalmente pela Dra. Natália Alves, que supostamente dedica a vida a cuidar das pessoas - psichiatra nem aí para o bem-estar das suas pacientes!
Unfortunately my low grade is due to the total lack of respect from the clinic that simply canceled my appointment that was scheduled for almost 2 months, claiming that I had not asked to keep it! Hey? If it's checked, it's checked. They sent a whatsapp a few days before reinforcing the appointment, which I ended up not seeing, so I didn't respond, so they just canceled the appointment! Without even trying to call me like ALL OTHER clinics do to confirm. The solution she offered? Reschedule for almost 2 months! In other words, no solution. No sympathy! A HUGE LACK OF RESPECT for the patient!!! Without the slightest regard for the time of others! I tried to contact Dr. Natália Alves and she told me she was going to check it out. But it never came back to me. I sent several messages to both the secretary and Dr. Natalia Alves. All messages were ignored. They treated me like garbage! Like I'm a bad person for charging an appointment booked almost 2 months in advance, or at least charging a rescheduling within a reasonable timeframe (less than 2 months in advance). The great irony is that they canceled my appointment claiming that it had not been confirmed by whatsapp, but then weeks went by without replying to my messages on whatsapp (I also tried calling several times by phone, with no response). It was only after my husband contacted him on his phone that I got back and Dr. Natalia Alves sent me a report of the service so that I could schedule another appointment. But she didn't send me a prescription, so I'm having to run out of anxiety medication, which SHE HERSELF advises against (suddenly ending treatment). Detail, this all after I unexpectedly lost my mother. Honestly, I'm still in shock at the total lack of respect shown by the clinic, but especially by Dr. Natália Alves, who supposedly dedicates her life to taking care of people - a psychiatrist doesn't care about the well-being of her patients!
