★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima a experiência. O atendimento é horrivel, despreparado para atender crianças especiais, principalmente autistas. Marquei uma consulta, com 1 mês de antecedencia, particular e informei a condição do meu filho. Ao chegar no local, me pediram para preencher uma ficha, quem tem filho autista sabe como é complicado para nós pais algumas tarefas simples, resumo, meu filho ja estava ficando agitado de tanto esperar, aí a atendente fez a "gentileza" de me mostrar a porta de saída para esperar com meu filho no corredor do predio!!! pasmem! passados mais de meia hora de atraso, eu pergunto da porta mesmo sobre quando a doutora iria atender e ela responde "ainda está atendendo" e só chegando gente. Não tem como, pela condição dele ela tinha que ou avisar que estava atrasado o atendimento ou dar prioridade ao atendimento dele.. Muito desrespeito com a criança e com os pais. Não aconselho para ninguem.. A nao ser que se sujeite a qualquer condição. no meu caso nao deu mesmo!!! péssima experiencia por desprepado das pessoas.
Bad experience. The service is horrible, unprepared to serve special children, especially autistic ones. I made an appointment, 1 month in advance, private and informed my son's condition. When I arrived at the place, I was asked to fill out a form, who has an autistic child knows how complicated it is for us parents some simple tasks, in short, my son was already getting agitated from waiting so long, then the attendant was "kind" to show me the exit door to wait with my son in the hallway of the building!!! amazed! after more than half an hour of delay, I ask at the door about when the doctor would answer and she replies "she's still answering" and only people arrive. There's no way, because of his condition, she had to either warn him that the service was late or give priority to his service.. A lot of disrespect for the child and the parents. I don't advise it for anyone.. Unless it is subject to any condition. In my case it didn't work!!! Bad experience due to people being unprepared.
