Nunca vi uma clínica com tanto descaso na minha vida!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhosa, séria e humama. Fazem todos os exames na hora, o que me surpreendeu e achei maravilhoso! Só não fazem a mamografia, de resto...papa nicolau, ultrassom das mama, tiroide, hemograma mais que completo..gostei demais!
Wonderful, serious and humane. All exams are done on time, which surprised me and found it wonderful! They just don't do a mammogram, by the way... Pap smear, breast ultrasound, thyroid, more than complete blood count... I liked it a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes não são muito simpáticas, mas a Dra. Rosana é uma médica humana maravilhosa. Atenciosa, cuidadosa, uma flor! Tive minha bebê com ela em 2014, parto normal e continuo meus exames de rotina com ela. Super indico a clínica Araripe, pois lá na hora é possível fazer exames como Ultrassom TV, Cardiotocografia e até colher exames de sangue(há um laboratório terceirizado que trabalha lá dentro). Tem estacionamento, mas é terceirizado, então tem um custo, que não me lembro agora.
The attendants are not very nice, but Dr. Rosana is a wonderful human doctor. Attentive, careful, a flower! I had my baby with her in 2014, normal birth and I continue my routine exams with her. I highly recommend the Araripe clinic, because at the time it is possible to do tests such as Ultrasound TV, Cardiotocography and even take blood tests (there is an outsourced laboratory that works there). There's parking, but it's outsourced, so there's a cost, which I don't remember now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa fez o pre natal com a Dra Rosana. Nossa filha estava prevista pra nascer dia 21/01, mas na consulta de 07/12, ela disse que poderia adiar por mais uma semana. Nossa filha estava um pouco abaixo do peso e tamanho e mesmo com minha esposa gravida de 34 semanas, ela nao pediu um retorno antes do Natal, apenas dia 07/01, mas a bolsa da minha esposa rompeu dia 28/12 e o parto foi com plantonista, dias depois minha esposa foi marcar consulta pos parto e informaram que ela nao poderia atender por nao ter feito o parto, que ela nao poderia interferir no procedimento alheio e que minha esposa tinha que procurar o hospital, foi o que ela fez, mas disseram que nao tinha pq ela se recusar a atender, ja que a consulta era pra ver peso, os pontos da cesarea e receitar anticoncepcional, como ela se recusou, minha esposa procurou o dr. Rudolph Kraus de Sao Caetano que a atendeu prontamente.
Minha avaliacao em relacao a Dra Rosana e ZERO! Pessima postura! Nao indico, nao recomendo, minha esposa nao foi a consulta do dia 07 /01 e nao houve uma ligacao por parte do consultorio.
My wife did pre Christmas with Dr Rosana. Our daughter was due to be born on 01/21, but at the 12/7 appointment, she said she could postpone it for another week. Our daughter was a little underweight and size and even with my 34 week pregnant wife, she didn't ask for a return before Christmas, only on 07/01, but my wife's purse broke on 12/28 and the delivery was with an on-call doctor, days later my wife went to make an appointment after delivery and they informed that she could not attend because she had not delivered, that she could not interfere in the procedure of others and that my wife had to look for the hospital, that's what she did, but they said that there was no reason for her to refuse to attend, since the consultation was to see weight, the cesarean stitches and prescribe contraceptives, as she refused, my wife sought Dr. Rudolph Kraus de Sao Caetano who attended to her promptly.
My assessment in relation to Dr Rosana and ZERO! Bad posture! I do not indicate, I do not recommend it, my wife did not attend the consultation on 07/01 and there was no call from the office.

Minha filha nasceu prematura em decorrência de algumas complicações que foram diagnosticadas pela Dra. Rosana que deu total atenção e hoje está com 4 anos vendendo saúde! Parabéns a toda equipe.
I had a risky pregnancy 4 years ago and Dr. Rosana was an excellent professional. Attentive, human and very competent. My daughter was born premature due to some complications that were diagnosed by Dr. Rosana who gave full attention and today she is 4 years old selling health! Congratulations to the whole team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei todo o pré natal com a Dra Rosana, nas últimas consultas conversamos sobre o parto onde fui informada que a Dra. não cobraria nenhum valor extra, pois o convênio paga para ela, mas que ela não poderia utilizar a equipe do hospital e a equipe dela era cobrada, nesse momento já fiquei triste, pois não teria como pagar a equipe e mesmo pedindo os documentos para verificar o reembolso com o convênio, não tive retorno, então optamos por realizar o parto com os plantonistas do hospital, o qual não tenho do que reclamar pois fui muito bem atendida.
Meu parto estava previsto para 06/03 e tinha consulta agendada para o dia 19/02, mas meu filho nasceu em 18/02. Não recebi nenhuma atenção por ter faltado na consulta tão perto do nascimento, mas isso não foi o pior.
Ao chegar em casa, enviei uma mensagem para a Dra informando sobre o nascimento do meu filho e perguntando quando seria melhor eu ir até lá, dizendo que me orientaram ir na médica em 15 dias, onde não tive retorno. Ao ligar para a clínica para marcar a consulta, disseram que não poderiam, pois não foi ela que fez o parto e que eu só poderia voltar em consulta de rotina após os 40 dias, que por eu ter feito o parto com plantonista deveria voltar ao hospital e passar com um deles.
Fiquei super decepcionada, no momento de grande fragilidade me senti abandonada justamente pela pessoa que acompanhou toda minha gestação, a única coisa que queria era que ela visse se estava tudo bem com a cicatrização, não precisava mexer, se houvesse algum problema eu poderia voltar ao hospital, mas não foi isso que aconteceu, precisei ir com meu BB recém nascido ao pronto atendimento do hospital e esperar ser atendida. Fui novamente muito bem atendida por outro médico que não se importou com quem fez o pré natal ou o parto, mas se importou com minha saúde, pois essa é a função de um médico.

My birth was scheduled for 06/03 and had scheduled appointment for the day 19/02, but my son was born in 18/02. I did not receive any attention for missing in the query so close to birth, but this was not the worst.
When I got home, I sent a message to Dr. informing me about my son's birth and asking when I'd better go there, saying they told me to go to the doctor in 15 days, where I had no return. Calling the clinic to make an appointment, they said they could not, because it was not she who gave birth and that I could only return to routine consultation after 40 days, that because I had the delivery on duty should return to the hospital and spend with one of them.
I was super disappointed, at the moment of great fragility I felt abandoned precisely by the person who accompanied my entire pregnancy, the only thing I wanted was for her to see if all was well with the healing, no need to move, if there was any problem I could go back to hospital, but that's not what happened, I had to go with my newborn BB to the hospital emergency room and wait to be attended. I was again very well attended by another doctor who did not care who did the prenatal or delivery, but cared about my health, because that is the role of a doctor.
