★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evitem ao máximo esse consultório.. vc chega lá pra uma consulta de rotina e perde meses fazendo restaurações que nunca nem sentiu uma pontada que seja na vida.. uma lerdeza. FUJAM! Marcam consulta de boca e não anotam na agenda.
Avoid as much as this office .. you get there for a routine consultation and lose months doing restorations that never even felt a twinge in life .. a slowness. RUN! They make an appointment by mouth and do not write it down.

Fiz a primeira consulta no mês 07 com uma dentista, no retorno já era outra que me fez uma limpeza e não mexeu no meu dente, na terceira já era outro dentista que não sabia fazer o procedimento de canal. Pedi para agendarem com um profissional que soubesse fazer o serviço marcaram para hoje de manhã, ontem a noite mudaram o horário, mas tudo bem. Cheguei no consultório uns 10 minutos antes e esperei por 40 minutos. Quando a dentista me chamou estava totalmente perdida, não sabia o que era pra fazer. Qdo eu disse que era para consertar o dente quebrado ela disse que não poderia me atender, pois estava se desligando do consultório. Perdi dois meses. Totalmente desorganizado, os profissionais não se conversam, cada um fala a coisa, trazendo insegurança ao paciente. Dos três que passei, dois falaram que era só o dente quebrado que eu precisava fazer e uma disse que eu precisaria trocar todas as obturações, sendo que não sinto dor alguma e estou regularmente ao dentista. Enfim... Total falta de respeito. Me prejudicaram com meu tempo e com meu estado psicólogico.
Terrible. I looked for the service due to a broken tooth. I made the first appointment in the month 07 with a dentist, on the return it was already another one that cleaned me and did not touch my tooth, on the third it was already another dentist who did not know how to do the canal procedure. I asked to make an appointment with a professional who knew how to do the service they scheduled for this morning, last night they changed the schedule, but that's okay. I arrived at the office about 10 minutes earlier and waited for 40 minutes. When the dentist called me I was totally lost, I didn't know what to do. When I said it was to fix the broken tooth, she said she couldn't see me because she was leaving the office. I lost two months. Totally disorganized, the professionals do not talk, each one says the thing, bringing insecurity to the patient. Of the three that I passed, two said that it was just the broken tooth that I needed to make and one said that I would need to change all the fillings, since I do not feel any pain and I am regularly at the dentist. Anyway ... Total lack of respect. They hurt me with my time and my psychological state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, lugar péssimo, fiz um procedimento, daí as dores no dente voltou, tenho que refazer, pior que o convênio só cobre se fizer no mesmo lugar. Nesse caso fiquei no prejuízo pq não quero fazer mais lá. Lugar e ruim, cada dia e uma dentista, pior que não conversa, não avisa vc acha que vai passar com uma e passa com outra. Serviço péssimo.
Good night, terrible place, I had a procedure, then the pain in the tooth came back, I have to redo it, worse than the health insurance only covers it if I do it in the same place. In this case, I was at a loss because I don't want to do more there. Place is bad, every day and a dentist, worse than not talking, not telling you think you will pass with one and pass with another. Terrible service.
