★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu namorado era paciente dela, começou a fazer tratamento com remédios prescritos por ela e estava adorando as consultas com a Dra. Mas dia 25/05/2021 ele precisou ir pro hospital porque estava com tontura, mole que não conseguia ficar de pé nem sentado, não tava conseguindo falar direito, parecia que ia apagar e começou a ter uns espasmos. Ficamos muito assustados e a médica do pronto socorro fez exames, mas resolvemos ligar pra Dra Viviani, pra perguntar se não podia ser efeito dos remédios ou se podia ser algum tipo de crise, enfim, nós só queríamos um aconselhamento, que ela acalmasse a gente, qualquer coisa. Liguei no consultório, a secretária disse que a Dra não estava lá naquele dia, mas que ia anotar tudo que ele tava sentindo, ia passar pra ela, pra ela me ligar. Mas ela não ligou! Nem no dia seguinte nem no outro (que é hoje). Nós não queríamos que ela fosse no hospital, só queríamos que ela ligasse 5 minutinhos, pra saber como ele tava e instruir o que deveríamos fazer. Nos sentimos muito desamparados nesse momento de susto. Agora, estamos buscando outros profissionais.

We were very scared and the emergency room doctor did tests, but we decided to call Dr Viviani, to ask if it could be the effect of the medications or if it could be some kind of crisis, well, we just wanted some advice, so she could calm us down. , anything. I called the office, the secretary said that the Doctor was not there that day, but that she would write down everything he was feeling, she would give it to her, so she could call me. But she didn't call! Neither the next day nor the next (which is today). We didn't want her to go to the hospital, we just wanted her to call him in 5 minutes, to find out how he was and instruct him what we should do. We feel very helpless in this moment of fright. Now, we are looking for other professionals.
