 Medium sized gym, with attentive teachers, equipment is new. A negative point is the facilities in the toilets and changing rooms, which are not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei a academia... Todos funcionários são alegres e bem atenciosos, me surpreendeu que até os alunos são educados... diferentes de outras academias.... Um ambiente tranquilo.
I loved the gym... All employees are cheerful and very attentive, it surprised me that even the students are polite... different from other gyms... A peaceful environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por hora darei 2 estrelas pq a primeira impressão é que fica,e logo de início tive um pouco de aborrecimento,não com os profissionais mais sim com a postura de compromisso da academia em relação a cumprir agenda,pois tive que remarcar uma avaliação 3 vezes, mas acredito que daqui pra frente melhore!!!!
For now I'll give 2 stars because the first impression is, and right from the start I had a bit of annoyance, not with the professionals but with the academy's committed posture in relation to meeting the schedule, as I had to reschedule an evaluation 3 times , but I believe that from now on it will improve!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O maior desafio é obter contato com a academia. Eles simplesmente não respondem! É suado! No mais, as máquinas são boas e suficientes, a academia é limpa e dispões de convênio com estacionamento. Porém havia uma "instrutora" muito mal humorada que deixava a gente à toa (e isso é muito sério). Na última semana trocaram a azeda por dois novos instrutores muito mais eficientes. Vamos ver... Se melhorar, volto para alterar minha avaliação.
The biggest challenge is getting in touch with the academy. They just don't respond! It's sweaty! Furthermore, the machines are good and sufficient, the gym is clean and there is an agreement with parking. But there was a very grumpy "instructor" who left us hanging around (and this is very serious). Last week they exchanged the sorrel for two new, much more efficient instructors. Let's see... If it improves, I'll be back to change my rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é boa, mas o sistema de ventilação e ar é péssimo. O calor é quase insuportável, atrapalha, inclusive a intensidade do treino ?
The gym is good, but the ventilation and air system is terrible. The heat is almost unbearable, it gets in the way, including the intensity of training ?
