Desde a recepção, gerência, instrutores até a senhora toda simpática que faz a limpeza. Todos acima da média.
Instrutores extremamente atenciosos e capacitados, sempre levando em consideração o objetivo individual de cada aluno, fornecendo treinos específicos para cada pessoa, fora a simpatia, tornando o ambiente muito familiar e agradável.
Sempre respeitando as particularidades de cada um.

A differentiated gym from the others, impeccable structure and equipment, a place with above average hygiene, affordable price. But the big difference is the staff. From the reception, management, instructors to the very friendly lady who does the cleaning. All above average.
Extremely attentive and trained instructors, always taking into account the individual objective of each student, providing specific training for each person, apart from sympathy, making the environment very familiar and pleasant.
Always respecting the particularities of each one.
Highlight for the night team.

Bom funcionamento, faz um mês que estou lá e me sinto confortável em dar uma avaliação em que na primeira visita não tinha me agradado, hoje faço academia na Live por conta dos instrutores, inclusive do período a partir das 18:00. Instrutores competentes e capacitados, super atenciosos como nunca vi em outra academia, esse foi o ponto principal que me fez fidelizar com a Live. Principalmente a liberdade que se adquire durante os treinos para se sentir confortável.

Well functioning, I have been there for a month and I feel comfortable giving an assessment that I did not like on the first visit, today I work out at Live on the account of the instructors, including the period starting at 18:00. Competent and trained instructors, super attentive as I have never seen in another academy, that was the main point that made me loyal to Live. Especially the freedom you acquire during training to feel comfortable.

Quiet gym with quality appliances/equipment. Only anklets are not very practical. Super friendly and attentive teachers. I managed to pay the daily rate and train calmly!
