★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico a desejar. Primeira ligação foi interrompida - atendente desligou sem esperar minha resposta, em menos de 30 segundos. Na segunda ligação, o atendente parou de conversar ao telefone e outro atendente disse que o rapaz estava ocupado, de forma ríspida. Entendi que eles estavam ocupados, mas sugiro um treinamento dos telefonistas para resolver a demanda dos clientes. Perdeu uma cliente de muitos anos.
 Telephone service to be desired. First call was interrupted - attendant hung up without waiting for my answer, in less than 30 seconds. On the second call, the attendant stopped talking on the phone and another attendant said the guy was busy, rather harshly. I understood that they were busy, but I suggest training the operators to resolve customer demand. Lost a client for many years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra fazer um pedido e a funcionaria Ana queria me forçar a passar o meu CPF, alegando que era uma regra no sistema deles. Reclamei e expliquei que essa ação foçosa é ilegal! Após isso ela disse era que uma normal da Receita Federal e que não tinha como concluir minha compra sem o meu CPF.
Fui mal atendida, afrontada e desrespeitada! Querem cria um banco de dados usando dados de cliente, usando de mentiras para conseguir os CPF's.
I called to place an order and the employee Ana wanted to force me to pass my CPF, claiming it was a rule in their system. I complained and explained that this foul action is illegal! After that, she said it was a normal Internal Revenue Service and that there was no way to complete my purchase without my CPF.
I was poorly attended, affronted and disrespected! They want to create a database using customer data, using lies to get the CPF's.

Já reparei nos comentários que as pessoas confundem as lojas. Essa aqui é a Droga Clara do ? e tem outras do ❤que não são dos mesmos donos. Aqui não tem site, não tem RH os funcionários são os mesmos a muito tempo. Eles fazem teste covid.
This pharmacy is complete. Super attentive staff. They do free delivery. To buy medicine is the best place in the Dona Clara neighborhood. I've noticed in the comments that people confuse the stores. This one is Droga Clara from ? and there are others from ❤ that are not from the same owners. There is no website here, there is no HR, the employees have been the same for a long time. They do covid test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje esse era o único local do bairro que fazia teste rápido para a detecção do vírus que causa a COVID-19. Do momento que entrei até o momento em que tive o resultado do teste deu mais ou menos 40 minutos. O local onde é feito o teste é bem higienizado entre um cliente e outro. Há marcações para manter o distanciamento social e álcool disponível para higienização das mãos.
Pra mim foi ótimo porque precisava de um resultado urgente. Acho que deveria haver mais locais que disponibilizam esse teste.
Today this was the only place in the neighborhood that did a quick test for the detection of the virus that causes COVID-19. From the moment I entered until the moment I got the test result, it took about 40 minutes. The place where the test is done is well sanitized between one client and another. There are appointments to keep social distancing and alcohol available for hand hygiene.
For me it was great because I needed an urgent result. I think there should be more places that make this test available.
