★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente atenciosa, boa vontade em apresentar outros imóveis, se coloca a disposição, sem burocrasias para emprestar chave para visitar imóveis. O ponto negativo como toda imobiliária é a exigência de fiadores ou o tal seguro fiança, muitos documentos solicitados, enfim todas são assim. O ideal é tentar mudar esse sistema de locação para facilitar a vida do locatário e melhorar as locações (diminuir tempo de espera) para o proprietário. Minha sugestão é avaliar o historico de locações anteriores se tudo estiver certo fazer algo diferente para quem quer alugar, mas isso está distante pelo visto.

Não dão retornos combinados e dificultam todas as possibilidades de contratação, para que a pessoa seja obrigada a adotar seguro (que elevam muito o valor do aluguel).
Atualmente estou alugando com a casa mineira, nunca tivemos problemas, mas infelizmente o imóvel que gostamos está disponível somente nessa imobiliária.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Peguei as chaves pra ver um imóvel e quando cheguei no local não pude entrar. Tinha dois cães bravos. Ainda tiveram a cara de pau de sugerir uma seguradora que me cobrou mais de 7mil reais de seguro fiança.
Terrible. I took the keys to see a property and when I got there I couldn't get in. There were two angry dogs. They still had the courage to suggest an insurer that charged me more than 7 thousand reais of surety bond.

O serviço prestado foi excelente, muito compreensível, justa em suas decisões, e facilitou o processo o tanto quanto possível. Ainda acho que as opções de fiador poderiam ser mais interessantes, mas sei que essa é uma questão geral, não somente da delta. Recomendo demais, só tenho coisas boas a dizer!
I rented my apartment for 4 years with Adriana, including the pandemic. The service provided was excellent, very understandable, fair in her decisions, and made the process as easy as possible. I still think the guarantor options could be more interesting, but I know this is a general issue, not just delta. I highly recommend it, I have only good things to say!
