★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, a atendente 48, disse que minha filha estava ganhando uma vitamina de brinde ja achei estranho e ilegal porque ela tava induzindo o cliente a se automedicar, depois vendeu um remedio com uma caixa peqna de isopor dizendo também que era brinde, quando minha filha foi pagar o total deu 181,39 porém a nota que dada pra ela consta 115,00 quando questionamos o caixa disse que não podia fazer a nota no valor correto, isso é no minimo estranho.
 Horrible, the attendant 48, said that my daughter was getting a free vitamin I already found strange and illegal because she was inducing the client to self-medicate, then she sold a medicine with a small box of styrofoam and also said it was a gift, when my daughter went to pay the total gave 181.39 but the note given to her is 115.00 when we asked the cashier that he could not make the note in the correct amount, this is at least strange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é otima tem muita variedade,agora o atendimento pelo watsap é pessimo.
Demoram muito a responder isso quando não esquecem de fazer o pedido e vc fica esperando acabar o prazo max de entrega de 2 horas.
Hj mesmo estou ha mas de 1 hora esperando responder pois sempre peço fralda,leite ou medicamento pro bb e sempre essa demora e descaso.
The store is great and has a lot of variety, now the watsap service is terrible.
They take a long time to answer this when they don't forget to place the order and you are waiting for the 2 hour delivery deadline to end.
Right now, I'm over 1 hour waiting to answer because I always ask for diapers, milk or medicine for the bb and always this delay and neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento das atendentes do caixa. Ficam a ver roupas q alguém deixa para compra enquanto nos clientes ficamos junto delas a terminar de olha se serve ou não a roupa q está escolhendo pra festa. Sãos mal humoradas o preço é um qnd finalizar e outro e dao a desculpa q não houve o desconto do cliente decepção com essa unidade da Tamoios.
Bad service from the cashier's attendants. They see clothes q someone leaves for purchase while in the customers we stay with them to finish looking if it suits or not the clothes q is choosing for the party. They are in a bad mood, the price is one when finalizing and another and giving the excuse that there was no discount from the disappointment customer with this Tamoios unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui cliente da drogaria, afinal fica na esquina da minha casa. Mas há um tempo esta deixando a desejar no que se refere a pedidos por telefone. Hj pela segunda vez, liguei pedindo medicamento para minha bebê de dias (!) por volta das 20:00. Fiz o pedido, disse a forma e de pagamento e agora são 00:00 evidentemente a farmácia já fechou e não entregaram mais uma vez o pedido. Sequer uma satisfação pelo telefone para que eu pudesse procurar outro lugar que pudesse fazer a entrega.
Infelizmente, não recomendo e procurarei outro lugar a partir de hoje que possa atender minhas necessidades.
I've always been a drugstore customer, after all it's on the corner of my house. But for a while it's been lacking when it comes to phone orders. Today for the second time, I called asking for medicine for my baby from days (!) around 20:00. I placed the order, said the method and payment and now it is 00:00, evidently the pharmacy has closed and they have not delivered the order again. Not even satisfaction over the phone so I could look elsewhere for delivery.
Unfortunately, I don't recommend it and I will look for another place from today that can meet my needs.

Pura propaganda enganosa, confira os preços, eles vendem TUDO mais caro, aí no dia da promoção os produtos estão custando o mesmo que o de outras farmácias ou seja o preço real do produto!
This store has several promotions, each day of the week is a product line!
Pure false advertising, check the prices, they sell EVERYTHING more expensive, then on the day of the promotion the products are costing the same as other pharmacies, that is the real price of the product!
