★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar um medicamento, e após procurar e não achar, fui pedir ajuda a um dos farmacêuticos, o rapaz me auxiliou super bem, mas quando eu disse do que eu precisava, a garota do lado ( no qual não me recordo o nome), começou a rir. Achei uma grande falta de respeito de de profissionalismo com os clientes, onde já se viu você pedir algo para o farmacêutico e ele rir na sua cara?! Acredito que para se trabalhar em um local onde você auxilia diversas pessoas, com diversos tipos de problemas de saúde, e você rir na cara do cliente da condição dele, só mostra o quanto essa pessoa não tem um pingo de respeito e empatia pelo próximo, e que também não zela pelo seu emprego.... Tirando esse acontecido, fui muito bem atendida pelo farmacêutico e pela moça no caixa.

I found a great lack of respect for professionalism with customers, where you have seen you ask the pharmacist something and he laugh in your face ?! I believe that working in a place where you help a lot of people with different types of health problems, and you laugh in the client's face of his condition, just shows how much that person does not have a shred of respect and empathy for others, and also does not care for your job .... Apart from this, I was very well attended by the pharmacist and the girl at the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero fazer um elogio a um atendimento que recebi no dia 12/11. Um rapaz me indicou produtos faciais e até me ensinou a maneira correta de usar. Infelizmente não lembro do nome dele, mas foi um dos melhores atendimentos que recebi, e lembro dele toda vez que uso os produtos. Por mais pessoas assim, que deixa boa lembrança até de um atendimento.
Caso seja necessário, posso enviar esse elogio por e-mail também.
I want to pay tribute to a service I received on 11/12. A guy showed me facial products and even taught me how to use them correctly. Unfortunately I don't remember his name, but it was one of the best calls I received, and I remember him every time I use the products. For more people like that, that leaves a good memory even of a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz uma compra online e coloquei pra retirar na loja porque precisava pro mesmo dia, no aqui diz que é 24hs, cheguei um pouco antes das 20 hs e está fechado !!! Se fosse para pegar em outro dia eu mandava entregar... não sei o que fazer agora ??
