★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não prestam atenção na receita, demoram muito pra responder e são desorganizadas. Erraram uma fórmula minha de R$ 880,00 e pra piorar, eu estou a 10 dias sem a fórmula que era urgente.
Minha frustração com vocês é sem tamanho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei orçamento via Whatsapp, na unidade da Vila Mariana, no período da manhã, como não me responderam até às 16hs, resolvi ligar, a pessoa responsável disse que já estava com a minha solicitação e que me responderia pelo whatsapp ainda no mesmo dia, esperei até o final do dia e nada. No dia seguinte, liguei novamente e questionei sobre o meu orçamento, a mesma pessoa disse que no máximo em 10 minutos já me responderia, esperei quase 1 hora e nada, liguei novamente e me disseram que já iam encaminhar. Me enviaram o orçamento depois que liguei 2x, não conseguem cumprir com a palavra, e para a minha surpresa, o valor era mais que o dobro praticado em outras duas farmácias de manipulação que havia cotado, sei que há diferença de preços, qualidade da matéria prima etc.... mas mais que o dobro??!!! Tirem as suas próprias conclusões sobre o atendimento por whatsapp e valores.
I requested a quote via Whatsapp, at the Vila Mariana unit, in the morning, as they did not answer me until 4 pm, I decided to call, the person in charge said that I was already with my request and that he would answer me by whatsapp on the same day, I waited until the end of the day and nothing. The next day, I called again and asked about my budget, the same person said that at the most in 10 minutes she would answer me, I waited almost 1 hour and nothing, I called again and they told me they were going to forward. They sent me the budget after I called 2x, they can't keep up with the word, and to my surprise, the amount was more than double the price practiced in two other handling pharmacies that I had quoted, I know there is a difference in prices, quality of the material press etc .... but more than double ?? !!! Draw your own conclusions about whatsapp service and values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ exige pagamento antecipado porém não oferece condições de pagamento confiável. ou vc passa os seus dados do cartão para a atendente ou só pode pagar por debito. Não existe uma plataforma que possa pagar nem emitem boletos. infelizmente terei que trocar de farmácia de manipulação.
requires advance payment but does not offer reliable payment terms. either you pass your card details to the attendant or you can only pay by debit. There is no platform that can pay or issue bills. unfortunately I will have to change the compounding pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Material usado é bom, porém o atendimento e responsabilidade com a data de entrega é péssimo, se vc tem pressa não faça nesta farmácia, se não tem paciência para ligar diariamente para saber se eles viram a receita no WhatsApp, para pedir a entrega, para verificar pq não foi entregue, ou para saber pq depois do orçamento aprovado o medicamento ainda não foi feito??
A Mariana sempre fala que vai falar com a supervisora e pede desculpa por todos os imprevisto, acho que eles tem

The material used is good, but the service and responsibility with the delivery date is terrible, if you're in a hurry, don't do it at this pharmacy, if you don't have the patience to call daily to see if they saw the prescription on WhatsApp, to ask for the delivery, to check why it was not delivered, or to find out why after the approved budget the drug has not yet been done??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoram pra responder no WhatsApp, não são cordiais, demoram pra entregar o medicamento e quando entregaram veio totalmente ao contrário do que estava na receita, onde tem a observação que não é pra usar nenhum aromatizantes ou adoçantes e derivados. Erraram a receita do remédio do meu bebê, reclamei, não houve sequer um pedido de desculpas, disseram que iam trocar o remédio e tive que esperar por mais 2 dias pra receber o remédio novamente errado! Quero meu dinheiro de volta e nunca mais volto a comprar nesse lugar!

They take a long time to respond on WhatsApp, they are not cordial, they take time to deliver the medicine and when they delivered it, it came completely contrary to what was in the prescription, where there is the observation that it is not to use any flavorings or sweeteners and derivatives. My baby's medicine prescription was wrong, I complained, there wasn't even an apology, they said they were going to change the medicine and I had to wait for another 2 days to receive the wrong medicine again! I want my money back and I will never buy from this place again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 04/08/21 fui até a farmácia para retirar um medicamento manipulado, e fui atendida por uma atendente de caixa extremamente grossa e desconfiada e que me informou o valor total errado.
E ainda por cima quando questionei, ela achou ruim!
Então Pedi para que verificasse nas conversas do WhatsApp já que não estava com o celular.
Ela procurou numa má vontade.
Está não é a primeira vez que informam os valores errados. Uma Farmacia tão grande deveria ser mais organizada.
Today 04/08/21 I went to the pharmacy to withdraw a compounded medication, and I was attended by an extremely rude and suspicious cashier who informed me the wrong total amount.
And on top of that when I questioned her, she thought it was bad!
So I asked him to check the WhatsApp conversations since he didn't have his cell phone.
She searched grudgingly.
