You order the medicine from them, you wait, believing that it is reserved for you, and when you go to get it, the medicine has been sold to someone else. Lack of commitment to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento possível, você faz um pedido pelo delivery porque está passando mal, demoram um absurdo de tempo para separar o pedido, não respondem, não atendem o telefone, mandam o pedido de madrugada. Pior experiência que já tive com farmácia, atendimento porco. Se não tivesse urgência ou estivesse bem teria pego carro e ido em uma farmácia melhor. Optei pelo delivery porque informou um prazo bem diferente do real.
Worst possible service, you place an order for delivery because you're feeling sick, they take an absurd amount of time to separate the order, they don't answer, they don't answer the phone, they send the order at dawn. Worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy, pork service. If it wasn't urgent or if I was fine, I would have taken the car and gone to a better pharmacy. I opted for delivery because it informed a very different deadline than the real one.
