Na terça feira, dia 23/07/2019, meu marido foi até a farmácia e comprou uma caixa de ADIVIL para mim, ao chegar em casa eu já fui tomar pois estava com muita dor de cabeça. Quando fui abrir a caixa notei que o lacre ja estava abreto, peguei um comprimido e tomei mesmo assim.
Mais tarde, quando estava melhor, fui guardar os comprimidos em um outra embalagem que ando comigo, atirar toda a cartela da caixa vi que estavam faltando 2 comprimidos fora o que eu havia tomado... ou seja, paguei por uma caixa com 20 comprimidos e veio apenas 18....
Noa retornei na farmácia, pois moro em São Paulo, havia ido visitar minha sogra que mora na região...
Foi isso o que aconteceu.

Later, when I was better, I went to store the pills in another package that I walk with, to throw all the carton of the box I saw that they were missing 2 tablets outside what I had taken ... that is, I paid for a box with 20 tablets and came only 18 ....
Noa I returned to the pharmacy, because I live in São Paulo, I went to visit my mother-in-law who lives in the region ...
That's what happened.
