Eu e algumas pessoas tivemos que esperar o Geferson atender um amigo fora da fila (interrompeu o atendimento), verificar preço, negociar desconto, conversar sobre passarinho, numa demonstração de total falta de respeito com as pessoas que estava aguardando educadamente sua vez. Numa outra ocasião desconheciam convênio assinado recentemente, outra vez a rampa de acesso estava interditada sem motivo aparente... Enfim, destoa completamente do atendimento de todas as Raias que conheço.
Very bad service. Some people and I had to wait for Geferson to meet a friend outside the queue (interrupted the service), check the price, negotiate a discount, talk about a bird, in a demonstration of total lack of respect with the people who were politely waiting for his turn. On another occasion, they were unaware of a recently signed agreement, again the access ramp was banned for no apparent reason ... Anyway, it completely disagrees with the care of all the Rays I know.
