★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 22, agora um pouco depois da meia noite, acabei de sair da farmácia com minha noiva e um cara que parecia ser o gerente (parecia pq tinha outros funcionários trabalhando e ele não estava fazendo nada) ficou me seguindo toda hora pela farmacia. Quando fui pagar as coisas que tinha pego ele ficou parado, como se estivesse na fila, me vigiando pra ter certeza que iria pagar tudo. A farmácia estava vazia, eu já tinha ido antes ao caixa e tive que esperar porque o rapaz falou que à meia noite ele fechava o caixa do dia e abria do outro. Gastamos mais de 100 reais nos itens, fiquei extremamente desconfortável com a vigilância dele em cima de mim, totalmente desnecessário e incômodo.

When I went to pay for the things I had picked up, he stood there, as if he were in line, watching me to make sure he would pay for everything. The pharmacy was empty, I had gone to the cashier before and I had to wait because the boy said that at midnight he would close the cash register and open it from the other. We spent over 100 reais on the items, I was extremely uncomfortable with his surveillance on me, totally unnecessary and uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, fui super constrangida pelo segurança do estacionamento, digo até msm perseguida, relatei o ocorrido a gerente sra Sirlene, a msm não mostrou nenhuma empatia no meu relato. Me senti muito mal, ao ponto de querer chamar a polícia, por tamanha intimidação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um medicamento pelo WhatsApp por volta das 14hs, o valor estava abaixo dos concorrentes, não cobraram taxa de entrega e o entregador foi muito educado, mesmo debaixo de chuva. Chegou aqui em casa 18hs. Para quem não tem urgência na entrega achei muito eficiente, pois chovia bastante e tinha muitas entregas a serem feitas. Com certeza me tornei cliente!

Um ponto negativo é a confusão que o estacionamento faz, tem que tomar cuidado ao entrar na farmácia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima gerência. A loja, apesar de bem situada, não tem farmácia popular. Isto já afasta clientes. Agora além de entupir parte do estacionamento com materiais de construção, deu de atravessar (ou estacionar?) um caminhão de entrega matando três vagas, entre elas duas de idosos. A outra, para piorar, é de deficiente.
Péssima gerência. Péssima empresa cuja direção não enxerga este disparate.
Já anulei a possibilidade de comprar nesta loja. Aliás, tenho ido direto comprar na Pacheco.
Quem não respeita não deve ser considerado.
