O atendimento está piorando na mesma proporção do crescimento da rede. Funcionários despreparados, sem conhecimento da atividade. Rotatividade exagerada de funcionários. SOMENTE RESPONDEM AS AVALIACOES POSITIVAS.

Service is getting worse at the same rate as the network's growth. Unprepared employees, unaware of the activity. Excessive employee turnover. ONLY RESPOND TO POSITIVE RATINGS.
