Parabéns! Os funcionários da Pacheco da mesma rua deveriam fazer um treinamento aí para serem mais educados.
I was at the store today to exchange my stix points. I was very well attended! All very polite and very helpful. Not only in this store on Rua Luis Beltrão, in other Droga Raia as well. Congratulations! Pacheco employees on the same street should undergo training there to be more polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Entrei em contato por WhatsApp com a mesma para saber se tinham 3 produtos. "Finalizaram" meu pedido 3h depois, isso mesmo que você leu, TRÊS HORAS DEPOIS (e eu informei os produtos em uma única mensagem). Eles só entregam até 1km (se você mora no bairro mais não se encaixa no 1km nem tenta). Te cobram uma taxa de R$5 para a entrega, enquanto as concorrentes de bairros vizinhos não cobram!
Mandaram o entregador, 1h depois me ligam e quando eu atendi simplesmente desligaram na minha cara, mandei mensagem perguntando e me responderam o seguinte "o menino não achou o endereço", perguntei onde ele estava e responderam "voltou para a loja", isso 1h depois!!! Não me ligou em nenhum momento para dizer que estava perdido! Se o medicamento fosse para salvar uma vida, a pessoa já teria morrido!

Bad experience! I contacted her by WhatsApp to find out if they had 3 products. "Finished" my order 3 hours later, that's exactly what you read, THREE HOURS LATER (and I informed the products in a single message). They only deliver up to 1km (if you live in the neighborhood anymore you don't fit in the 1km or even try). They charge you a fee of R$5 for delivery, while competitors from neighboring neighborhoods don't!
They sent the delivery man, 1 hour later they called me and when I answered they simply hung up on me, I sent a message asking and they replied "the boy didn't find the address", I asked where he was and they replied "back to the store", this 1h later!!! He didn't call me at all to say he was lost! If the medicine were to save a life, the person would have already died!
