★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente há anos, so compro na Raia, liguei as 18:57 de sábado para pedir medicamentos, e a atendente disse que já estava encerrado a entrega, quando questionei que ainda não eram 19h ela me respondeu que já eram 19:04, quando não era. Ainda sim eu insiti dizendo que o relógio estava errado e ela disse que realmente não eram 19 mas que o motoboy já havia ido embora! Não sei se o pior encerrar antes do horário ou tentar enganar o cliente.
I've been a customer for years, I only buy at Raia, I called at 6:57 pm on Saturday to ask for medication, and the attendant said that the delivery was over, when I asked that it wasn't 7:00 pm, she replied that it was already 7:04 pm, when was not. Still I insisted saying that the clock was wrong and she said that it really wasn't 19 but that the motoboy was already gone! I don't know if the worst is to close before schedule or try to deceive the customer.

Ela entrou na loja pois era o ponto de encontro com um motoboy da empresa que ela trabalha.
Enquanto esperava decidiu dar uma olhada em alguns produtos, porém, desistiu de compra-los, devolvendo para a prateleira.
Sendo assim, voltou a aguardar o motoboy em frente a Drogaria, quando foi abordada por um funcionário/segurança; que se dirigiu a ela pelo seu nome (pois havia devolvido junto com os produtos seu cartão de passagem) pedindo que ela o acompanhasse para o interior da loja, lá ele alegou que ela havia colocado produtos dentro da sua bolsa.
Após ela negar que havia pego algum produto e abrir a bolsa provando que não havia pego nada (mesmo sem ter obrigatoriedade, a não ser quando solicitado por um agente policial), foi questionada "Você tem certeza?"

My partner was accused of theft by a store employee!
She entered the store as it was the meeting point with a motorcycle courier from the company she works for.
While waiting, he decided to take a look at some products, however, he gave up on buying them, returning them to the shelf.
Thus, she went back to waiting for the motorcycle courier in front of the Drugstore, when she was approached by an employee/security officer; who addressed her by name (as he had returned her ticket with the products) asking her to accompany him to the interior of the store, there he claimed that she had placed products in his bag.
After she denied that she had taken any product and opened her bag, proving that she had not taken anything (even without having to, unless requested by a police officer), she was asked "Are you sure?"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento que eu já recebi, TOTAL descaso com o cliente. Mais de 3 horas pra entregar, sendo que, é muito próximo. Não consigo ligar, recusam a ligação. E no whats demoram uma vida e meia pra responder. Não recomendo de forma alguma.
The worst service I have ever received, TOTAL disregard for the customer. More than 3 hours to deliver, and it's very close. I can't call, they refuse the call. And on whats they take a life and a half to respond. I don't recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12 de maio de 2022, 00:35 minutos adentro à loja para fazer aquisição de um medicamento, me caráter emergencial; me dirijo ao balcão onde há um rapaz barbudo e com blusão branco. Chegando lá, noto que o mesmo está assistindo vídeos no celular. Até aí, tudo bem. Deduzo que ele vai largar o celular e me atender; mas não foi o que aconteceu. Ele permaneceu com os olhos fitos no celular, acredito que nem me notou entrar, muito menos sair e desistir de comprar. Simplesmente descaso total com o seu maior bem: o cliente.

He remained with his eyes fixed on his cell phone, I believe he didn't even notice me enter, much less leave and give up buying. Simply total disregard for your greatest asset: the customer.
