Perguntei a ele tudo o que eu precisava, ele prontamente pegou meus dados e telefone, e separou meu pedido de peças. Marcamos para o dia seguinte. De manhã já tinha mensagem dele dizendo que estava tudo lá me esperando. Atendimento foi super rápido, esperei a instalação do insulfilm e frisos, e ainda tive um desconto não esperado. Nota 10! Melhor impossível!
Excellent experience and service. I called and spoke to Mr Souza, who I think is the store manager. Very polite! I asked him everything I needed, he promptly took my details and phone number, and sorted my parts order. We scheduled for the next day. In the morning I already had a message from him saying that everything was there waiting for me. Service was super fast, I waited for the insulfilm and friezes to be installed, and I still had an unexpected discount. Grade 10! Better impossible!

However, paying with PIX is a nightmare.
The system that Veloplast is using is extremely time-consuming.
It took me literally 30(!) minutes to get my payment approved. Not good and therefore only 3 stars.
