Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience at Unit 24. Embarrassed by an employee who was "suspicious", I think I was in furyo action. They need to improve their approach training, in addition to being insecure, the employee was innocent in the episode.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Notei que o stabelecimento estava desrespeitando a norma NBCAL, e quando chamei o supervisor para explicar, ao invés de agradecer e tomar atitudes, ele perguntou se eu era da vigilância (insinuando que só faria algo a respeito se eu fosse)... um completo desrespeito!
I noticed that the establishment was not respecting the NBCAL standard, and when I called the supervisor to explain, instead of thanking and taking action, he asked if I was from the surveillance (insinuating that he would only do something about it if I was)... a complete disrespect!

Always a lot of delay to spend in the cashier, improvements, I always frequent the place and a long time is thus a delay in the queue of the cashier.
