★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive problemas que não podem ser comum a atendimento de farmácia (troca de dosagem de remédio e quantidade). Voltei p/ troca e o tratamento do gerente foi bem desprezível. O interessante é que os atendentes do balcão e do caixa são altamente superiores ao gerente no quesito educação e liderança. Após responder com desleixo ficou distante do assunto que foi sanado p/ dois atendentes, gerente sem postura de líder é péssimo para a equipe e para a empresa.
 I had problems that cannot be common to pharmacy care (change of drug dosage and quantity). I came back for exchange and the manager's treatment was very despicable. Interestingly, counter and cashiers are highly superior to the manager in terms of education and leadership. After answering with carelessness, he was far from the matter that was resolved by two attendants, a manager without leadership posture is terrible for the team and for the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo e, por esse mesmo motivo, tem ficado cheia. A isso ainda se somam os pedidos por telefone e Internet. Ontem fiquei mais de uma hora na loja e fui muito bem atendida, assim como os outros clientes. O meu pedido foi pela Internet e fiquei sentada esperando pq havia outras pessoas tb pela Internet.

Gostaria de parabenizar o farmacêutico que me atendeu se não me engano Vitor que além de ser muito simpático me explicou a forma correta de usar o medicamento e me orientou de forma excepcional !
