Três funcionários na loja, apenas um atendendo um cliente no balcão, uma funcionária batendo papo com uma amiga no estacionamento e um outro andando pelo salão. Notem haviam 2 pessoas na farmácia, uma sendo atendida e eu. Peço para o rapaz que circula a gentileza de pegar para mim um soro pedialite que por qualquer razão fica guardado atrás do balcão dos remédios com.necessidade de receita, eis que ele responde que não pode me atender porque ele está atendendo o caixa. Pergunto como assim, se não tem ninguém na loja além de mim e a outra pessoa no balcão. Ele simplesmente diz que não pode pega e vira as costas. Local despreparado para atender.

Atendimento telefônico na Droga Raia Centro de Valinhos não existe, atendimento presencial demora uma eternidade, os funcionários são muito reduzidos para o volume de clientes. Não é só preço que importa pois existem farmácias que cobrem o valor e oferecem um atendimento muito melho.
Unfortunately the service is very bad! Telephone service at Droga Raia Centro de Valinhos does not exist, face-to-face service takes forever, employees are very small for the volume of customers. It is not just price that matters as there are pharmacies that cover the value and offer a much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento eu só não entende onde remédios que dizem custar, por exemplo :$150. 00 com desconto sai por $45.00. Os preços as vezes são bons, outras vezez encontro o mesmo remédio em outra farmácia com preços melhores, mas é uma ótima farmácia com bom atendimento.
