I was very well received by the team. I was able to do my assessment and first session on the same day. I was super satisfied with the result for the application of pots, many have disappeared almost completely in the first session.

Eu já cheguei 10 minutos atrasada e tive que voltar pra casa pois "Eu era a última cliente e não fui." Aí as meninas foram dispensadas e ngm podia me atender.
Entendi que estava errada apesar de não chegar atrasada porque eu simplesmente quis. Passei um tempo para reagendar até que eu agendei no início de Fevereiro para o dia 26 DE MARÇ, mais uma vez, sem reclamar. Agora me desmarcaram simplesmente! Sem informar o motivo, que provavelmente foi uma nova venda....e querem me agendar para ABRIL!!! Um absurdo, não me faz ter a mínima intenção de continuar o tratament.
I started my treatment, all wonderfully, due to the friendliness and promptness even living in Hortolândia. It only took a while to start being treated anyway. I arrived 10 minutes late and had to go home because "I was the last customer and I didn't go." Then the girls were dismissed and no one could attend to me.
I understood that I was wrong despite not being late because I just wanted to. I took some time to reschedule until I booked in early February for the 26th of MARCH, once again, without complaint. Now they just unmarked me! Without informing the reason, which was probably a new sale....and they want to schedule me for APRIL!!! An absurdity, it doesn't make me have the slightest intention of continuing the treatment.
