★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente dessa rede 19 da drogal por vezes,atendentes super atenciosos educados,sorridentes não tenho oque falar a respeito deles(a).Até q......mudou para a rua de trás Barão de Jaguara....,mudou a algumas semanas mais foi a primeira e última vez q fui foi hoje.Cheguei na farmácia para comprar um antibiótico,a primeira moça q me entendeu estava com uma cara fechada q dava dó parecia q estava forçada a trabalhar,falei boa tarde e ela nem fez questão de responder...,pegou as receitas demorou para ir pegar o remédio e quando volta fala q a receita estava vencida não me explicou absolutamente nada pegou o remédio virou as costas e foi guardar,quando me entregou as receitas fiquei olhando procurando se estava escrito a validade na receita,não achei aí perguntei pra outra moça q tbm estava com uma cara q só por Deus onde estava escrito a data de validade....ela empinou o nariz e falou toda com ar de superioridade e "mulher bem entendida q era" que era prescrição da Anvisa 10 dias para antibiótico,30 dias para mais sei lá oque eu agradeçi pela "cordialidade" dela ter me respondido,e até para falar "de nada" em resposta ao meu agradecimento ela foi ríspida.Me retirei fui em outra farmácia uma moça muito gentil me explicou tudo com educação, gentileza e sorriso no rosto um amor de pessoa,q sabe realmente como tratar os clientes.Resumindo nesse novo endereço com esses contratados novos não entro nem que seja a única farmácia aberta em Campinas,e não recomendo pra ninguém!!

I arrived at the pharmacy to buy an antibiotic, the first girl who understood me had a tight face that felt sorry for her, it seemed she was forced to work, I said good afternoon and she didn't even he insisted on answering... he took the prescriptions, he took a long time to get the medicine and when he comes back he says the prescription was expired he didn't explain anything to me he took the medicine turned his back and went to save it, when he handed me the prescriptions I kept looking for it writing the expiration date on the recipe, I didn't find it, so I asked another girl who also had a face that, for God's sake, where the expiration date was written.... She raised her nose and spoke with an air of superiority and "well-understood woman it was" that it was Anvisa's prescription for 10 days before biotic, 30 days more I don't know what I thanked for her "kindness" for having answered me, and even to say "you're welcome" in response to my thanks she was harsh. with politeness, kindness and a smile on his face, a loving person, who really knows how to treat customers. In short, this new address with these new hires, I don't enter, even if it's the only pharmacy open in Campinas, and I don't recommend it to anyone!!

Bom atendimento e pontualidade na entrega de medicamentos manipulados. Agora em novo espaço, Rua Barão de Jaguara, 1363, com estacionamento, a nova loja e instalações ficou linda! Corredores amplo, muito bem organizada Comprei um kit shampoo e condicionador, paea cabelos cacheados, produto para mim, novo, pensei que não iria dsr os resultados indicados no rotulo, porém, deu certo! Cabelos brilhante e cachos definidos.Adorei o produto, precinho muito bom!!

Wide corridors, very well organized I bought a shampoo and conditioner kit, for curly hair, a product for me, new, I thought it wouldn't give the results indicated on the label, however, it worked! Shiny hair and defined curls. I loved the product, very good price!!
