★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra pela internet para retirar na loja. Fiquei esperando uns 20 minutos no mínimo para ser atendido, tinha apenas uma atendendo . Pra piorar ainda não havia chegado o medicamento que fiz a compra. Nesse mesmo dia fiz uma compra na pague menos ecretirei em uma hora depois.
 I made the purchase over the internet to pick up at the store. I was waiting at least 20 minutes to be answered, there was only one answering. To make matters worse, the medicine I made the purchase had not yet arrived. That same day I made a purchase on pay less and made an hour later.

Atendimento péssimo pois fiz meu pedido as 09:12 do dia de hj é nada de chegar agora são 13:55 o entregador chegou aqui .Isso é um discaso com o consumidor sendo que escolhi a drogaria de vcs pois estava com preço do leite mais em conta porém não tive êxito com a compra .Fui agora no Drogao e cubriram a oferta além de me tratarem super bem .
Isso não pode continuar acontecendo nunca mais procuro vcs muito menos indico vcs .
Fica aqui minha insatisfação .
Falta de respeito
E obs::::liguei no mesmo e ainda tive que ouvir que meu pedido não estava registrado

Lousy service because I placed my order at 9:12 am today is nothing to arrive now it's 1:55 pm the delivery man arrived here. account but I was not successful with the purchase. I went to Drogao now and covered the offer in addition to treating me very well.
This cannot continue to happen. I never look for you, much less recommend you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, sem qualquer respeito a condição física de minha tia, que teve o quarto Avc, sem poder assinar qualquer documento e estando de cama o funcionário Adilson da Drogasil Av. Saudade de Ribeirão Preto se negou a entregar os medicamentos populares mesmo em posse dos documentos de minha tia, falta de sensibilidade mesmo sabendo das dificuldades e demora de conseguir uma procuração pra tal situação. De forma que só procurei a farmacia a pedido do posto de saúde que não tinha tais medicamento. A burocracia nesse país mata mais do que qualquer outra coisa. Muito difícil depender da ajuda de vocês!

Educado, muita atenção, m ajudou com os preços que encontrei mais em conta em outro lugar, pediu produto q nao tinha na loja, como estou gestante m acompanhou até o caixa p nao demorar...etc etc .Atendimento diferenciado. Ja indiquei a Farmácia para várias pessoas! Pois comércio muitos podem ter, mas bom atendimento é difícil em farmácia ....Adilson continue assim...e treine seus funcionários para vender isso, pq se estamos procurando farmacia já não deve estar boa a coisa! Então educação, disposição e amor no faz ajuda e conforta! Obgda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro ao lado. 30 reais um Proteror auricular que nas outras farmacias custam 4,00 reais. 130,00 uma caixa de luva em latex que nas outras custam 70,00. Além disso não havia luvas em menor quantidade para fazer curativo no meu pé. Essa farmácia é um lixo. Irei colocar no reclame aqui e denunciar no ministério publico por preços abusivos seus canalhas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!! Horrível! Fiz uma compra pela internet de NEBULIZADOR, onde a retirada do produto era pra ser feita em uma hora. Liguei para informar que iria retirar e simplesmente o gerente David, Davidson (nao sei ao certo) disse que não tinha como, pois o sistema não tinha liberado ainda e não tinha como fazer nada, pois dependia do e-commerce. Vocês acham que vendem brinquedos para agir assim!!! Gastei 120,00 em um produto que precisava de urgência e já se passaram 24 horas e ainda não pude retirar. Cheguei a chorar de nervoso falando com esse gerente, que aliás não resolveu meu problema. Até tentou, mas não resolveu nada. NUNCA mais volto a comprar nessa farmácia que faz propaganda enganosa.

Terrible!! Horrible! I made an internet purchase of a NEBULIZER, where the product was to be removed within an hour. I called to inform that I would withdraw and simply the manager David, Davidson (I don't know for sure) said that there was no way, because the system had not released it yet and there was no way to do anything, as it depended on e-commerce. You think they sell toys to act like that!!! I spent 120.00 on a product I needed urgently and it's been 24 hours and I still haven't been able to pick it up. I even cried with nervousness talking to this manager, who by the way did not solve my problem. Tried it, but it didn't solve anything. I will NEVER buy again from this pharmacy that makes false advertising.
