Solicitei o reembolso através do chat e me responderam que só quando receberem a devolução do produto pelos correios.
Enquanto isso fico sem o que paguei.
 I bought a product from this store in the shopee and it came violated.
I requested a refund through the chat and they answered that only when they receive the return of the product by the post office.
In the meantime I run out of what I paid.
