★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de ser atendida por funcionários sem máscara no auge da pandemia, já levei minhas máquinas para manutenção por 2 vezes para tentar corrigir o problema e ambas voltaram do mesmo jeito que foram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender foram super solícitos. Mas a máquina veio com defeito e estou esperando até agora uma solução. Terceira vez que marcam de vir arrumar e desmarcam. Frustrante. Comprei uma máquina industrial com o intuito de aumentar minha produção e até agora não consegui costurar nada. Deram seis meses de garantia, espero que antes disso consiga uma resposta.
Vieram arrumar, o mecânico foi muito cordial e pediu desculpas. Obrigada.

I bought an industrial machine in order to increase my production and so far I could not sew anything. They gave you six months warranty, I hope you get a response first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato em abril para comprar uma maquina, achei legal a proposta de me trazerem em Sorocaba, trouxeram a maquina porém com pedal estragado com fio soltando, solicitei a troca, e ficaram de me enviar via correia o pedal, entro em contato com a empresa, ela diz que me enviou, porém não se sabe o código de rastreio dos correios, e falou que retornou a peça. Estou me sentindo muito lesada, com a falta de comprometimento da empresa comigo, não indico para ninguém. Já se passou 4 meses e ainda continuam com a mesma desculpa que me enviaram e não me mandam o código de rastreio. Quero solução, não somente palavras, quero o pedal bom, pois paguei por um produto bom.
I got in touch in April to buy a machine, I thought it was cool the proposal to bring me in Sorocaba, they brought the machine but with a damaged pedal with loose wire, I asked for the exchange, and they were to send me the pedal via belt, I contact the company, she says she sent me, but the postal tracking code is unknown, and said she returned the piece. I'm feeling very hurt, with the company's lack of commitment to me, I don't recommend it to anyone. It's been 4 months and they still have the same excuse they sent me and they don't send me the tracking code. I want a solution, not just words, I want the good pedal, because I paid for a good product.

Inclusive quando comprei minha máquina de costura, o tampo veio com cupim, não obtive suporte, não trocaram, me ofereceram outro tampo, cobrando, e pior, passou para minha outra máquina, resumindo, agora pagar para trocar os dois tampos, nenhum produto que passei, resolvei o problema... passem longe dessa loja. Péssimo...
Horrible technical support at that store. Even when I bought my sewing machine, the top came with termite, I didn't get any support, they didn't change it, they offered me another top, charging, and worse, it went to my other machine, in short, now pay to change the two tops, no I passed, I solved the problem ... go away from that store. Terrible...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja que não recomendo a ninguém, principalmente no suporte técnico. Comprei uma máquina e depois de alguns dias começou a fazer um barulho no motor e vazar óleo, pedi para o técnico vir e já adiaram duas vzs, e no dia marcado novamente não veio. Disse que tinha um conserto para fazer próximo e come tá longe já ia aproveitar e fazer um serviço só. Agora eu penso, qdo fui comprar a máquina eu disse que eu era de Louveira, se eles acham longe para o técnico vir então pq venderam a máquina simplesmente era só dizer que não vendiam pq a cidade é muito longe para o técnico vir. Vou atrás dos meus direitos como consumidora. Me deram garantia de 6 meses e com 15 dias a máquina já deu esse problema.
A store that I don't recommend to anyone, especially in technical support. I bought a machine and after a few days it started making a noise in the engine and leaking oil, I asked the technician to come and they were already postponed twice, and on the appointed day again it did not come. He said he had a repair to do next and he eats long ago and he was going to enjoy it and do one job only. Now I think, when I went to buy the machine I said I was from Louveira, if they find it far for the technician to come then why did they sell the machine? I go after my rights as a consumer. I was given a 6 month warranty and with 15 days the machine has already given this problem.
