Mais de duas horas esperando por uma medicação que precisa de imediato e na quarta ligação descobri que n havia saído em nenhuma entrega conforme informado anteriormente. Em casa, passando mal e já sozinha com total descaso de pessoas que lidam com medicação como se fosse um delivery de comida. Sem comentários pra tanta falta de responsabilidade.
An absurd home service. No responsibility and no respect for the customer. More than two hours waiting for a medication he needs right away and on the fourth call I found out that n had not left in any delivery as previously reported. At home, feeling sick and already alone with total neglect of people who deal with medication as if it were a food delivery. No comments for so much lack of responsibility.
