★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência.Paguei antecipado a lavagem de 1 edredom e a entrega estava prevista para terça-feira dia 27/03/2018. Chegando lá para buscar na data da entrega as meninas que lá trabalham ficaram 20 minutos procurando o edredom e diziam não saber a onde ele estava. Entrei em desespero! Depois de um tempo me disseram ter ocorrido um erro: acharam que o edredom era de outra pessoa por isso não tinha sido lavado. Ficaram de me ligar na quinta-feira véspera de feriado, dia 29/03/2018, para me dar uma posição de entrega do edredom. Segundo a responsável fariam a entrega domiciliar como cortesia já que havia ocorrido esse engano da parte deles. Não ligaram obviamente! Resolvi não entrar em contato pq queria ver até onde a história iria.Na quarta feira, dia 04/04/2018, resolvi contatar a lavanderia pq já havia aguardado tempo demais para um retorno. A moça que atendeu o telefone disse que o edredom estava pronto, que era só eu buscar. Expliquei a situação ocorrida e disse que a moça responsável pela lavanderia tinha ficado de me ligar para entregar na minha casa como cortesia, entretanto está atendente disse não saber de nada, que era pra eu ligar no outro dia.Perdi a paciência e eu mesma busquei.Portanto achei esta empresa MUITO desorganizada, sem profissionalismo e incompetente na prestação de serviço.
Imagina se fosse um vestido de festa para algum evento que você precisa da entrega na data correta?
Imagina se fosse um vestido alugado que tem prazo de entrega?
Como assim confundem a sua roupa com de outra pessoa?
Não recomendo!!
E o principal: a empresa errou com o cliente e não demostrou nenhuma preocupação com a entrega é muito menos em me dar um retorno.O descaso com o cliente e com o erro que foi deles!
Bad experience. I paid in advance to wash 1 comforter and delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Arriving there to pick up the delivery girls, the girls who work there spent 20 minutes looking for the comforter and said they didn't know where he was. I went into despair! After a while I was told that an error had occurred: they thought the comforter belonged to someone else so it had not been washed. They called me on Thursday the eve of the holiday, 29/03/2018, to give me a position to deliver the comforter. According to the responsible, they would do the home delivery as a courtesy, since this mistake had occurred on their part. They obviously didn't care! I decided not to get in touch because I wanted to see how far the story would go. On Wednesday, April 4, 2018, I decided to contact the laundry room because I had already waited too long for a return. The girl who answered the phone said that the comforter was ready, that it was just me to get it. I explained the situation and said that the girl responsible for the laundry had stayed to call me to deliver it to my house as a courtesy, however the attendant said she didn't know anything, that I was supposed to call the other day. So I found this company VERY disorganized, unprofessional and incompetent in providing services.
Imagine if it was a party dress for any event that you need delivery on the correct date?
Imagine if it was a rented dress that has a delivery time?
How do you confuse your clothes with someone else's?
I do not recommend!!
And the main thing: the company made a mistake with the customer and showed no concern with delivery, much less giving me a return. The neglect with the customer and their mistake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela segunda vez pedi para lavar um edredom , o primeiro foi todo danificado o segundo as manchas de sujeira q estava ficaram a mesma coisa, alegando minha insatisfação disseram q iriam lavar novamente , mas quando fui buscar disseram q eram manchas e não removiam. Cheguei em casa só dei uma pequena esfregadinha e saíram, como eu já sabia, pois foi minha menina q sujou com os pés. Além de tudo voltou danificado cheio de bolinhas, parece q lavaram com outras roupas coloridas. Portanto, cuidado!!
For the second time I asked to wash a comforter, the first was all damaged the second the dirt stains were the same, claiming my dissatisfaction they said they would wash again, but when I went to get them they said they were stains and did not remove. I got home just gave a little rub and left, as I already knew, because it was my girl who got dirty with her feet. Besides everything came back damaged full of polka dots, it looks like they washed it with other colorful clothes. So be careful !!
