★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei e fiz meu pedido com uma moça super educada,o pedido chegou até rápido mas com um pequeno detalhe: pedi o meu filho de 8 anos para descer e receber,o entregador deu a ele uma parte do troco e disse que havia perdido o restante.
Feio isso,liguei pra falar o q q o rapaz tinha feito e m atendeu um nervosinho da estrela,disse q ia mandar o valor pra mim e eu disse q não queria,ele todo grosso disse q se eu não quisesse não estaria ligando,ou seja eu q fiquei por errada na história,e ele m recomendou q se acontecesse d novo eu não recebesse a entrega.
Achei absurdo.
Ao invés d m pedir desculpa pelo q o entregador fez m chamou atenção,no final eu que pedi desculpas.
I called and placed my order with a super polite girl, the order arrived quickly but with a small detail: I asked my 8-year-old son to come down and receive it, the deliveryman gave him part of the change and said he had lost the rest .
When that was done, I called to say what the guy had done and answered a nervous star, he said he was going to send the amount to me and I said I didn't want it, he said that if I didn't want I wouldn't be calling, that is, I stayed wrong in history, and he recommended that if it happened again I would not receive delivery.
I thought it was absurd.
Instead of apologizing for what the courier did, it drew attention, in the end I apologized.
