★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por meio deste canal informar que por volta de 11:20 a atendente que cujo não sei o nome só sei que é uma morena de cabelos cacheados que atende na parte da farmácia popular não tem se quer o respeito às pessoas que estão na fila isso aconteceu com minha mãe uma senhora de idade que chegou para ser atendida e ficou na fila aproximadamente 20 minutos e a atendente depois desse tempo todo vem dizer que estava SEM SISTEMA questionei com ela por minha mãe ser de idade está na fila e esperar passar esse tempo pra dizer que estava sem sistema, essa atendente não tem se quer o preparo para atender ao público, espero que a GERÊNCIA tome uma providência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, grande variedade de produtos, preços acessíveis, sempre tem produtos com desconto, higiene do local excelente, o problema são as filas na hora de pagar, quase sempre grandes, devido a quantidade de funcionários nos caixas, poucos para a demanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarta feira dia 01/09 por volta das 22:00 passei na farmácia para comprar remédio para minha filha após sai do hospital com ela, enquanto eu pegava o remedio, minha filha (DE APENAS UM ANO E NOVE MESES) que estava ao lado derrubou umas caixas de remedio para tras, nem chegou a cair no chão, so em cima das outras mesmo, umas 3! Eu colocando o remedio q estava olhando no lugar e ja ia pegar minha filha e ajeitar o que ela tinha feito, quando
Uma funcionária baixa ( em todos os sentidos) do cabelo preto mais ou menos no ombro, que fica onde pegamos remedios com a receita, GRITOU “EU NAO ACREDITO NISSO”, e eu ja estava pegando minha filha e ela falou :SENHORA??♀️. Totalmente sem educacao e jeito para falar com os clientes! Eu fiquei sem acao por estar exausta do medico e pela forma que ela falou que nem ajeitei as caixas, e so sair levando minha filha ao caixa, enquanto ela atravessou o balcao e foi ajeitar, mostrando ser impaciente e sem modos para lidar com o publico! Ela nao deve ter filho e Deus nem deve permitir isso de ser mae! Isso pode acontecer ate com um adulto, pegando um remedio e derrubar a caixa para tras, sair sem falar nada com a mesma pois eu iria perder a paciencia com uma pessoa sem nocao dessa. Infelizmente nao vi nem o nome da NERVOSINHA.

Totally uneducated and no way to talk to customers! I was helpless because I was exhausted from the doctor and because of the way she said I didn't even straighten the boxes, and just leave taking my daughter to the register, while she crossed the counter and went to fix it, showing to be impatient and no way to deal with the public ! She shouldn't have a child and God shouldn't even allow her to be a mother! This can happen even with an adult, taking a medicine and dropping the box back, leaving without talking to her because I would lose patience with a person with no idea of that. Unfortunately I didn't even see the name of NERVOSINHA.
