Retornei falei com outra mulher cujo o nome não me recordo e informei que estava aguardando o atendimento da sra Leila, ela simplesmente falou que ela não poderia me atender pois estava atendendo o balcão. Perguntei para ela sobre a medicação e no mesmo momento disse que não tinha, nem se quer verificou ou informou se teria um similar. Liguei por diversas vezes e falei com o dono Sr Reinaldo totalmente mal educado, fui explicar o ocorrido ele nem se importou e desligou o telefone na minha cara... UM LIXO DE ATENDIMENTO e ainda lida com o público voltado pra área da saúde
Terrible attendance. I called to get information about a drug and Ms. Leila left me planted on the call. I returned, talked to another woman whose name I don't remember and informed me that I was waiting for Ms. Leila's service, she simply said that she couldn't take care of me because she was working at the counter. I asked her about the medication and at the same time she said she didn't have it, nor did she either check or inform her if she would have a similar one. I called several times and spoke to the owner, Mr. Reinaldo, totally rude, I went to explain what happened, he didn't even care and hung up the phone in my face... A WASTE SERVICE and still deals with the public focused on healthcare
