★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos sabemos que de 0 a 10 são 5, talvez eu insisto por ser do lado da minha casa más hoje foi um esculacho de ruim. Demorou, não venho o que pedi e 1 hora de espera, tudo bem que está chovendo más usso vai acontecer outras vezes então procure melhorar ou cada dia perde um cliente. Parece pouco más por mês é muito.

It took a while, I didn't get what I asked for and 1 hour of waiting, it's okay that it's raining but it will happen again so try to improve or each day you lose a client. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu era cliente da pizzaria a um tempo, considero uma das melhores pizza da região, morava bem próximo e me mudei, e mesmo assim fiz questão de continuar pedindo a pizza antes não cobravam tx de entrega, agora por uma tx de R$ 4.00 conseguimos continuar a fazer o pedido, acho justo!
Pois bem ontem efetuei um pedido as 20H53, as 22h03 o pedido ainda não havia chegado contatei a pizzaria, Detalhe, ainda não estava chovendo! Primeiro a atendente disse que o pedido estava pronto só esperando o motoboy passar pra pegar! (Me respondeu as 22:14) Então questionei pronto desde que horas? Vou comer pizza fria? Então ela disse que ele já havia saído estava a uma entrega da da minha, (bom qual informação é verdadeira não sei)
As 22:43 a pizza ainda não havia chegado, e já estava chovendo entrei em contato novamente para cancelar! a justificativa foi que o motoboy já deveria ter chegado, que tiveram movimento acima do normal e que poderíamos cancelar qdo o motoboy chegasse, bom nesse momento já preparamos outra coisa pra comer, estávamos com muita fome, e impacientes.
Qdo o motoboy chegou as 23:11, recusamos sim o pedido, ele ficou muito p...da vida e foi até ignorante, Enfim sentimos por ele, mas isso não é a forma de se tratar um cliente,
Se fosse pra ter paciência e esperar uma pizza por 1h30 devido a chuva tudo bem, seríamos compreensivas sim, mas antes de começar a chover já fazia quase uma hora e meia que haviamos feito o pedido! Se o local é longe, são 4 km. recusem o pedido, a demanda por delivery aumentou devido a pandemia então se readequem não faz sentido o cliente esperar por 2horas por uma pizza, a quantidade de estabelecimentos qdo vc abre o Ifood é gigantesca se a pessoa da preferência, isso é um diferencial, e vcs deveriam valorizar, mas não foi o que ocorreu ontem,
só mais uma pizza fria que vai pro lixo, ou pra casa de algum funcionário!
Enfim perderam um cliente, não devem ligar muito pra isso! mas deveriam, qualidade no atendimento, hoje em dia deveria ser primordial para todas as empresas.

If the place is far, it is 4 km. refuse the order, the demand for delivery has increased due to the pandemic so if you readjust it does not make sense for the customer to wait for 2 hours for a pizza, the number of establishments when you open Ifood is huge if the person of preference, this is a differentiator, and you should appreciate it, but it was not what happened yesterday,
just another cold pizza that goes to the trash, or to an employee's house!
Anyway they lost a client, they shouldn't care much about it! but they should, quality of service, nowadays it should be paramount for all companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora pra atender, não manda uma foto boa se quer pelo whatsapp, atendimento lixo e uma vez pedi uma pizza de camarão q veio tudo menos o bendito camarão, demora pra entregar, pizza cara e fina . A princípio botei uma fé mas agora não quero nem de graça. Não recomendo
