Havia 5 atendentes para 3 clientes. Disseram que não havia ninguém disponível para medir a pressão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as vezes que fui com receita médica, além de desconfiarem, nunca tinham o produto na quantidade indicada na receita. Também não estão preparados pra receita online, ao invés de tentaram ver a informação e se qualificar, dizem que não sabem como proceder e você se ferra.
Every time I went with a prescription, in addition to being suspicious, they never had the product in the amount indicated in the prescription. They're not prepared for online recipes either, instead of trying to see the information and qualify, they say they don't know how to proceed and you get screwed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chamei no WhatsApp, última visualização há mais de 1h, ligo para os dois telefones fixos que tive que buscar por fotos antigas, ninguém atende. Quem tiver precisando de remédio sob entrega, tá ferrado. E que ainda funciona delivery até as 18:30 mas a farmácia fica aberta até as 23h.
I called on WhatsApp, last view more than 1 hour ago, I call the two landlines I had to look for old photos, no one answers. Anyone who needs medicine on delivery is screwed. And that delivery works until 18:30, but the pharmacy is open until 23:00.

Por não querer acessar o site do laboratório no sentido de auferir o desconto anunciado pelo pelo médico através de um cartão, levou minha receita do Ortopedista Dr. Tavela a farmacêutica Sônia , que saiu da sala me acusando de portar um receituário rasurado. Já acabado de sair do médico com minha mãe de 87 anos , havia outros remédios em outros receituários, inclusive uma injeção que ela disse que não aplicava.....Por favor, Drogaria Pacheco, repense essas duas funcionárias no seu quadro, além de um homem moreno , baixo e se óculos retangular. Esses três atendimentos de hoje não condizem com a tradição da referida Drogaria. Sai dali e comprei na concorrência. Simples. Com a promessa de não colocar mais os pés ali.
