Tentei pedir para o atendente me ligar assim que possuisse um motoboy disponivel e ele se recusou a retornar a ligação - com ironia ainda por cima. Acho que esse comércio não gosta de fazer dinheiro. Vai entender...
Bad service, I was in need of medicine urgently, I had already ordered it in another pharmacy, but nothing for 2 hours. I tried to ask the attendant to call me as soon as I had a motoboy available and he refused to return the call - with irony on top of that. I don't think this business likes to make money. Go figure...

A farmacêutica “reponsável” desinformada da Drogaria Raia não quis dispensar o medicamento, alegando que só poderia fazer mediante receita do site do Cremerj e que essa não tinha validade. Total ignorância. Na mesma hora fui na Drogaria Pães Borges, sendo prontamente atendida!
Excellent service. I had to buy an antibiotic with a scanned prescription from a family clinic. The uninformed “responsible” pharmacist at Drogaria Raia did not want to dispense the drug, claiming that she could only do it with a prescription from the Cremerj website and that this was not valid. Total ignorance. At the same time I went to Drogaria Pães Borges, being promptly attended to!
