Atendentes despreparados, sem vontade de atender o publico.
Se não atende por Whatsapp, tira da propaganda...
Merece estrela negativa, pena q o mínimo é uma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro há anos no bairro e sempre contei com a Drogaria, mas ontem aconteceu um caso de descaso e irresponsabilidade tão alarmante que eu nunca mais quero entrar na loja novamente. Solicitei e paguei para que fosse aplicada uma injeção a domicílio, uma injeção destinada a aliviar a dor intensa de uma pessoa bastante idosa, e o funcionário simplesmente não apareceu. Quando o horário combinado já havia passado, liguei para a Drogaria a fim de saber se o funcionário ainda iria passar em casa, e me foi confirmado que sim. E assim fiquei esperando o resto do dia em vão e o idoso teve que passar mais um dia e noite de dor intensa. E o pior, quando fui pedir satisfações na loja no dia seguinte, a atendente riu da situação na minha cara, alegando que o funcionário provavelmente tinha esquecido de ir fazer a aplicação. Um absurdo, nunca vi tamanha falta de empatia. Percebi que a equipe de funcionários foi trocada...pelo jeito não foi para melhor.
I have lived in the neighborhood for years and I always counted on the Drugstore, but yesterday there was a case of negligence and irresponsibility so alarming that I never want to enter the store again. I requested and paid for an injection to be given at home, an injection designed to relieve the intense pain of a very elderly person, and the employee just didn't show up. When the scheduled time had already passed, I called the Drugstore to find out if the employee would still be at home, and I was confirmed that it was. And so I waited for the rest of the day in vain and the old man had to spend another day and night of intense pain. Worse, when I went to ask for satisfactions at the store the next day, the clerk laughed at the situation in my face, claiming that the employee had probably forgotten to do the application. Absurd, I have never seen such a lack of empathy. I noticed that the staff was changed ... apparently it was not for the better.
