★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via whatsapp, mandei uma pergunta quando a loja ainda estava aberta, não tive resposta, mandei outra no dia seguinte, recebi só um "boa tarde" e nada da resposta, mas ok, né... Fui melhor atendida na unidade do Campolim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes o atendimento era excelente, depois que trocou o gestor, o atendimento ficou péssimo, não sei se querem serem dispensadas ou se não estão se adaptando a nova gestão. O atendimento partido de uma farmacêutica deixou a desejar agindo com grosseria. Antes de tudo se quer fidelizar algum cliente os tratem com educação, tenha paciência! Não estão fazendo favores para os clientes, estamos pagando.
