Ela não só atende bem, como é educadíssima, conhece bem os produtos, orienta e te deixa a vontade para fazer as escolhas sem forçar a venda. Isso é o que aproxima o cliente, esse atendimento do tipo acolhedor, excelente. Pode aumentar o salário dela, pois todo funcionário tem de ser valorizado de uma forma ou outra. Parabéns MARISTELA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Fiz um pedido simples e me cobraram um valor alto para entrega. Demoraram 7 horas para entregar e no final tentaram justificar que erraram no endereço. Liguei várias vezes e quando estava decidido cancelar, me enganaram dizendo que já estava chegando... foi terrível. Meu problema foi em relação a entrega e falta de transparência.
Horrible experience. I placed a simple order and was charged a high amount for delivery. It took them 7 hours to deliver and in the end they tried to justify that they missed the address. I called several times and when it was decided to cancel, they deceived me saying it was coming ... it was terrible. My problem was in relation to delivery and lack of transparency.
