Há várias maneiras de chamar atenção de uma criança de 6 anos e ele não foi nada gentil com minha filha. Como cliente me senti constrangida por ele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo site para retirada nesta unidade, porém não havia o medicamento na mesma. Fui atendimento pela farmacêutica Ana que prontamente resolveu o problema, concedendo autorização para retirada em outra unidade. Se mostrou bem disposta a resolver o problema.

Fui comprar um remédio de receita controlada. Minha receita constava um medicamento similar, mas pedi o de referência, como sempre faço e fiz, e nunca tive problema. Disseram que não podiam vender pq não era intercambiável sem nem se derem ao trabalho de olhar na lista da Anvisa. Fui em outra farmácia e a farmacêutica disse que não tinha a quantidade de caixas que eu precisava, mas que era possível, sim, comprar o de referência e até deu o telefone dela caso a farmacêutica da drogaria SP se recusasse a vender novamente. Voltei na drogaria SP e expliquei de novo a situação, aí a atendente me vendeu e explicou que o sistema tava fora do ar (mas nem sequer se deu ao trabalho de olhar o sistema na primeira tentativa de compra). Tive um transtorno e trabalho desnecessários, pois os funcionários deveriam ter conhecimento sobre medicamentos intercambiáveis (existe uma portaria da Anvisa sobre isso).
Dia 13/04/22 meu noivo foi até lá comprar medicamentos. Primeiro que nem sabiam quais genéricos tinham que eram equivalentes ao de referência, segundo que só tinha uma caixa do remédio q eu precisava e falaram que entregariam a segunda caixa, que estava em outra unidade, na segunda-feira, dia 18/04/22. Na hora de pagar, disseram que não aceitavam nosso cartão do plano de saúde com crédito mensal para compra de medicamentos, mesmo eu já tendo confirmado com atendentes da própria farmácia que a unidade aceitava. Como meu noivo não sabia, acabou sem poder usar o benefício.
Até ontem, dia 22/04/22, eu não tinha recebido a segunda caixa do medicamento que já estava paga, muito menos uma justificativa ou explicação por parte da farmácia sobre o que aconteceu. Entrei em contato no WhatsApp deles e me informaram que o pessoal da noite não havia sido informado da encomenda ou entrega, mas que entregariam no dia seguinte. Também questionei a questão do benefício do meu plano, que não pode ser usado. Me informaram que a farmácia aceitava, sim, o benefício e, mais uma vez, culparam o sistema por estar fora do ar no momento em que meu noivo foi fazer a compra. Fiquei aguardando meu medicamento, que só foi entregue às 20 hoje, dia 23/04/22, 10 dias após a compra e 5 dias após o prazo estipulado.
Moral da história: não compramos mais medicamentos lá!
I've had several problems with this pharmacy. I live close by and I usually shop there until they deliver.
I went to buy a prescription drug. My prescription was for a similar drug, but I asked for the reference one, as I always do and have done, and I never had a problem. They said they couldn't sell it because it wasn't interchangeable without even bothering to look at Anvisa's list. I went to another pharmacy and the pharmacist said they didn't have the number of boxes I needed, but that it was possible, yes, to buy the reference one and even gave her phone number in case the pharmacist at the SP drugstore refused to sell again. I went back to the SP drugstore and explained the situation again, then the attendant sold me and explained that the system was down (but she didn't even bother to look at the system on the first purchase attempt). I had an unnecessary inconvenience and work, as the employees should have knowledge about interchangeable drugs (there is an Anvisa ordinance on this).
On 04/13/22 my fiance went there to buy medicine. First, they didn't even know which generics they had that were equivalent to the reference, second that they only had one box of the medicine I needed and they said they would deliver the second box, which was in another unit, on Monday, 04/18/22 . When paying, they said they did not accept our health plan card with monthly credit for medication, even though I had already confirmed with the pharmacy attendants that the unit accepted it. As my fiance didn't know, he ended up not being able to use the benefit.
Until yesterday, 04/22/22, I had not received the second box of medication that was already paid for, much less a justification or explanation from the pharmacy about what happened. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they informed me that the night staff had not been informed of the order or delivery, but that they would deliver the next day. I also questioned the question of the benefit of my plan, which cannot be used. They informed me that the pharmacy did accept the benefit and, once again, they blamed the system for being down when my fiancé went to make the purchase. I was waiting for my medication, which was only delivered at 8 pm today, 04/23/22, 10 days after purchase and 5 days after the stipulated deadline.
Moral of the story: we don't buy medicines there anymore!
