★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adquiri em14 16/12/12/2021, medicamentos para aplicação no joelho com urgência, dentre os quais o Zeel Injetável, tendo pago antecipadamente um valor de R$ 660,42, sendo que me foi afiançado que tal medicamento seria entregue em minha residência, no dia seguinte, no início da tarde. Hoje, 16/12/2021, ainda não recebi o medicamento e nem sequer foi efetuada qualquer comunicação a respeito, ainda que para justificar a sua inexistência. Como me é difícil a locomoção, tentei ligar para o nº constante do site e a mensagem da operadora é que ele não existe.
Deverei me deslocar até a Drogaria para verificar o que está ocorrendo?
I acquired, on 12/16/12/2021, medicines for urgent knee application, including Injectable Zeel, having paid in advance an amount of BRL 660.42, and I was assured that such medicine would be delivered to my residence , the next day, in the early afternoon. Today, 12/16/2021, I still have not received the drug and no communication has even been made about it, even to justify its inexistence. As it is difficult for me to get around, I tried to call the number on the site and the message from the operator is that it does not exist.
Should I go to the Drugstore to check what is going on?
