O atendimento em si é pouco solicito, dificilmente olham pra face do cliente, mas o grande problema é a dificuldade que elas possuem para liberar um medicamento controlado, fui comprar um imense com a minha namorada e elas simplesmente não conseguiram liberar, falaram que a receita já havia sido usada, depois falaram que o site da Cremerj estava ruim.... Fomos em outra farmácia e o medicamento foi liberado tranquilamente, com uma atendente que sabia usar o site da Cremerj.
