★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa Noite! Gostaria de deixar minha insatisfação com a funcionária Dani, segundo o seu crachá. Pois a mesma nos atendeu com enorme deboche, pois eu e meu marido fomos comprar através do convênio com a empresa e a mesma pediu para meu esposo digitar a senha, e estava dando erro. Meu esposo falou que em todas as outras vezes em que comprou, foi digitado o CPF primeiro, a funcionária riu e com maior deboche, falou que nunca se coloca o CPF primeiro e sendo assim passou o atendimento para o caixa ao lado, com um tom de voz super debochado e saiu rindo dizendo " só rindo mesmo, é cada um!" Eu a questionei, perguntando se ela iria debochar mesmo, a mesma disse " isso mesmo, debocho mesmo, é isso aí"
O caixa ao lado seguiu com o atendimento e foi colocado o CPF antes da senha e foi finalizado a compra.
Eu não estou pedindo nada para ela, só peço que faça um atendimento digno, pois ninguém merece ser tratado com tamanho desdenho, como foi feito por essa funcionária.

The cashier on the side continued with the service and the CPF was placed before the password and the purchase was finalized.
I'm not asking her for anything, I just ask her to do a dignified service, because nobody deserves to be treated with such disdain, as was done by this employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho como desabafo. fiz um pedido pelo Ifood com essa drogaria.. eles deixaram acabar uma pasta de dente muito comum no mercado a (sorriso)
ate ai tudo bem. mas pedi para entrar em contato casa tivesse falta. no pedido e não entraram em contato. e quando eu liguei 2x me atenderam super mal a primeira a atendente . pediu pra eu espera fiquei 10min no telefone e nada. a segunda a mesma coisa.. so que dessa vez disse que ia me ligar e não me ligou.. HORRIVEL.. não recomento. traumatizado. com o absurdo e descaso com o cliente....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo tanto por telefone quanto pessoalmente. Atendentes mal educados, desligam na sua cara quando vc liga, quando consegue com que atendam a ligação. No atendimento na loja, você fica em pé como se ninguém estivesse te vendo para solicitar um remédio no balcão. Desumano.
Terrible service both over the phone and in person. Polite attendants hang up on your face when you call, when you get them to answer the call. At the store service, you stand as if no one was watching you to order medicine at the counter. Inhuman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compre pelo site para retirada na loja no tempo determinado pós confirmação de pagamento. Propaganda enganosa. Estou a dois dias esperando eles separarem uma única caixa de remédio do meu pedido. É aborrecimento na certa.
Do not buy through the website for in-store pickup within the specified time after payment confirmation. Misleading advertising. I've been waiting two days for them to separate a single box of medicine from my order. It's an annoyance for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que essa farmácia não espelha o atendimento da Pacheco pois tem muitos funcionários .e poucos atendendo no balcão a gerência deveria ficar atenta a esse detalhe .agora mesmo tentei um contato telefônico e não consegui chama e ninguém atende. Acho que esse não é o padrão das drogarias Pacheco mande um supervisor verificar e observarão o que estou dizendo.
I think this pharmacy doesn't mirror Pacheco's service because it has many employees. And few working at the counter, the management should pay attention to this detail. Right now I tried a phone contact and I couldn't get a call and no one answers. I don't think this is the standard for Pacheco drugstores. Have a supervisor check and they'll see what I'm saying.
