★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O caixa, de modo grosseiro, não respeitou minha ordem de atendimento. Eu era o primeiro na fila marcada no chão e ele deu preferência a outro cliente, que estava fora da fila marcada. Eu tenho 77 anos, sempre comprei na Pacheco, sempre fui bem atendido, até hoje, quando ouvi deste caixa, que se intitulou gerente da loja, que a prioridade era para o outro cara que estava na fila errada. Anote aí que eu parei de comprar na Pacheco. Não é nada, são só cerca de R$ 500,00 que vocês deixam de arrecadar por mês... Ainda bem que Juiz de Fora está cheia de farmácias. Comprei o medicamento que precisava logo ali na frente, em outra farmácia.

Note that I stopped shopping at Pacheco. It's nothing, it's only about R$ 500.00 that you don't collect per month... Thankfully, Juiz de Fora is full of pharmacies. I bought the medicine I needed right there in front, at another pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito, diz q não tem pedido mínimo para entregar e depois de passar as informações do medicamento q eu precisava, a atendente disse q não estava fazendo entrega mais, sendovq ainda era 21:20 da noite e a loja é 24 horas.
